Old home, staff came out & replaced 70s gas line connection with a newer one for my dryer. They were on time, fast and efficient. Plus, they hire vets.?

Rooter man was very responsive starting with my initial request for a quote all the way through to the install. Jason texted me before arriving with an ETA and showed up on time and completed the work in the estimated time.

From the moment we needed to schedule an appointment everyone we spoke to was professional and helpful. Dan Lambert was the technician who came out and helped us with our heater. He was extremely helpful, he explained everything he was doing and what was wrong with our heater. He was polite and very professional. He made sure to go out of his way to find a solution to our problem. I would highly recommend him and Radiant. They will be our go to for HVAC services in the future.

First and foremost, the guy who came out was super friendly and polite. We were having a basic problem with one toilet. We were quoted $311!!!!! A new toilet (the exact toilet) cost $169 at Home Depot. I don’t know anything about toilets (hence needing to call a plumber), but I do know how to use google and I know that $311 is a ridiculous price. We literally just bought a new toilet and a local handyman (for $25) installed it. So if my math is correct that is $194 total. Super disappointed. We also still had to pay a $59 house call fee for a ridiculous quote. :-/

We called A&T because we noticed rust in our hot water. They sent Chris to our house and he was very professional. Chris looked at the rusty connectors on our water heater and he offered solutions to both repair and replace the unit. We opted to replace the 12-year-old unit and Chris did a magnificent job. His installation is a work of art and I appreciate his attention to detail and superb craftsmanship. We will use A&T again for our plumbing needs.10/12/21 update: the gas regulator on the new water heater is defective. The pilot light wouldn't stay lit. We called A&T and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue over the phone and they had a plumber over the next day to fix it. Great service.

I called them on a Sunday for a main drain clog , they scheduled for that afternoon. They finally let me know at six o'clock they were behind. I then scheduled for Monday afternoon, left work early and waited again. Called them at four and was told they had nobody available. I can understand if you are busy. .. Don't tell me you can make it if you can't! I used several hours of PTO for nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Charged me $502 just to replace a Moen 1222B shower faucet cartridge which took ~10 min total. It was a weekend visit, they charged $178 for that but rest was for parts ($41 in Amazon) and labor, a total rip off. Everybody should stay away for this company; who takes advantage of the situation..

I give my recent plumbing experience five stars. My hot water heater went out in the morning and they had it replaced and repaired by the evening. The tech David was so professional and easy to work with. He was such a big help, knowledgeable and kind. Everything about this experience was awesome! Moore and More Plumbing will definitely be my plumbing company moving forward!

We first called Johnny Rooter when our sewer backed up at 4pm on Christmas Eve with family staying at the house, and they had it fixed by shortly after 7pm. And there wasn't even an extra charge. We've used them several times since then for various plumbing issues, and the staff is always efficient and easy to work with.

I was upset, ney distraught when my plumber arrived without a Benjamin Franklin costume. I had been excited for days waiting for them to arrive, expecting a real life costume as I had seen in the ad. I must admit I had slightly fetishized the encounter, thinking of all the dirty things I could do do Benjamin Franklin. How I yearned for his white curly locks and his massive wrinkled tush. I honestly feared myself, wondering if I would have the self control when he would bend over to repair my sink. I am disappointed in the service provided 1/5 stars.

AAA Auger has never let me down. They are great at taking appointments over the phone, the service guys are on time, and are always professional. Today Steven was a huge help. He trouble shot the issue twice and could not fix the problem. But through he's experience he concluded we needed a toilet replacement. Steven got us the Cadillac of toilets. We are saved and very happy with the work. Here's a summary for anyone that's fails at trying to DIY a leaky toilet. Yes, sometimes it works in your favor. On the other hand, when You've done everything right and it still leaks, and bills go up, and your septic overflows, and there's a smelly mess. Call a professional because it took someone with the know how to realize that your leaky toilet has a unseen hairline crack and it will always leak. Thank you Steven and thank you AAA Auger. Happy Holidays!
