Here is my time line with Daniels...11/2022 Install new ac system11/2022 not connect properly came back out the next day12/2022 heater not working- not connected properly02/2023 AC stops working - Diagnosed compressor replacement. Need to wait 6wks for the part to arrive.(3 month later)05/03/2023 part arrives- outsourced job to Precision Heating and Air (their Sister company) Precision inform me wrong part was ordered.I inform the Precision tech that I have low expectations that the original Daniels diagnostic is correct due to my experience with them.05/03/2023 - Another Precision tech comes out to re-diagnose the system - its a thermostat issue- replaced same day.Waiting three month for the AC to work properly by another company was a terrible experience; especially for a simple thermostat replacement.From 02/2023 I was told I would bet a callback and a call from a the manager. I had to call them to get any updates. To date, I have not received a call back from the manager or rep.

Luke came to check gas leak. He was super helpful and took care of the issue immediately.

They don't know how to an estimate

I have used Mr. Rooter for quite a few years. They have done a variety of general plumbing jobs for us as well as major jobs like replacing a sewer line. They are always polite and on time, and in general do good work.My most recent experience however, makes me question whether I will use them again. We purchased a new toilet to replace an older model and I was planning to install it myself. However, I discovered that the water cutoff valve to the toilet was an old style valve with flare fittings and could not find a fill line that would fit. So I called Mr. Rooter to replace the valve with a more modern ball valve. I was given an estimate ($286) which seemed really high but I thought maybe it was more complicated than I thought. Well it wasn't -- the technician (who by the way was very nice -- no complaint with him) simply unsoldered the old valve and soldered in an adapter and new valve (actual time to complete all this was like 20 minutes plus a trip to a supply house because he didn't have the correct valve in his truck). So my $150 toilet ended up costing $450 thanks to the valve replacement and I'm still not sure why I was charged so much for the work.

I can't be happier today than right this moment with Capital City Plumbing & Drain. They swooped down like Iron Man and Captain America and saved my day. I left them a message in the middle of the night on Yelp, and not only did they follow up on the message, but they also called me back and found someone to come to my house immediately.Allow me a moment to rave and cheer over the phone call. That was a professional phone call. The lady who called me asked me proper probing questions, got my name and address, had a great follow-up, and sent me a text message and email with links. When she took my email, she even repeated it back, which is not something everyone does. She is an exemplary example of how to take calls for situations like this, and she deserves a raise. Unfortunately, I forgot to write her name down, and that's on me. Yet, I just found it a breath of fresh air given the morning I've had trying to find a plumber to help me.Hunter and Mike arrived, on time, well dressed, and were professionals. In less than 30 minutes, they had figured out what was wrong. This situation will require a follow-up, and I am looking forward to it. Who looks forward to future plumbing jobs? Not me normally, but I am now!Best yet, there wasn't some weird pressure-filled sales situation. They were honest, explained my options, and were fine with what we decided. The prices are more than reasonable.I have found my new plumbers! What a relief! I am so grateful to everyone at Capital City Plumbing & Drain for being experts and reasonable.

I'm very satisfied with the service provided. Although it was rescheduled several times I was contacted each time with explanation. Finally, Jose and Jesus were available and quickly identified the problem. They came prepared, well equipped, acted courteously and professionally, explained the best solution, and fixed the problem quickly. The price was also competitive in comparison to other quotes. I recommend their services to anybody interested.

They did a great job fixing and re-mounting our toilet. It's perfect now and flushes better than it ever did!!!

Jeff has installed a hot water heater a few years back, and more recently he installed a split fuel, downdraft oven. He actually charged a little less than he quoted. Honest guy.

Excessively high price invoiced after a 2hr late arrival and zero communication following.The work done seems high quality so far - likely an issue with Fast Plumbing the business rather than the plumbers they employ.

This place truly is a 24 hr place. The shower valve on one of our upstairs valves stripped last night around 7 PM and wouldn’t turn off!!!! Here it is Labor Day weekend we just started calling plumbers that listed 24 hr emergency service. None of them were available until I found this company. They came out within an hour fixed the shower. Very professional? upfront with cost, and the repair was fast! This will become my new go to place. We also have two AirBNB properties and something inevitably is always going wrong. I’m so thankful to have found this place!
