We’ve used Clarke Kent for years, from complex fixes to simple ones. Today, Juan Martinez came by to fix a simple drain pipe issue, and he couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient! He showed me exactly what the problem was, and helped me learn more about the pipes and how they all fit together. We’ll definitely continue to use Clarke Kent whenever we need a plumber!

They reached out to come do a free inspection of our HVAC system. As I'm sure most of should be aware by now, nothing in life is free so I should have known something was up. Their technician Reid showed up and started his inspection which tripped our breakers serval times and made our thermostat act pretty weird but i assumed this was all par for the course (it wasn't, as this has never happened any time our regular HVAC guy does his inspection). Once he was done, he began explain to me in a words he knew I wouldn't understand why our options are to pay upwards of $17,000 to repair our system OR just buy a whole new system all together which could cost between 10-22k.Both my wife and I weren't convinced, since Reid was quite pushy and didn't seem genuine at all (snake oil salesman) so we called our usual HVAC guy from Lakeway Heating and Air for a second opinion. When the technician from Lakeway Heating and Air inspected our system he noticed Reid from Radiant had left all of caps off of our system and the page long explanation as to why we needed to pay them 17 grand was complete bull. Our tech then told us that our system would work fine for the time being but was quite outdated. We opted to replace our HVAC system with Lakeway Heating & Air because of how transparent and trustworthy they've been for us, for about half of what Radiant quoted us.I strongly believe Radiant sends out their technicians for these bogus free inspections for the sole purpose of scaring you into paying for their highly overpriced and subpar services. I'm also pretty sure the Radiant tech might have purposefully been negligent when checking our system as to guarantee it would fail because, as stated above, he had left off all the caps and ever since he's inspected it it has not been working as it used to. I'll take the blame for assuming they wanted to come inspect my HVAC out of the goodness of their hearts but I would advise people to be weary of these guys, I don't trust they have good intentions whatsoever.

We needed a plumber to update parts of our gas appliance connections and, after finding out that everyone we called said they needed to come next week, leaving us without hot water, heat, stove, etc. because the gas company turned off the gas until we updated. One of the companies we talked to, however, recommended Mr. Rooter and we certainly were in luck. Mark came today earlier than scheduled, did just what we needed, was extremely friendly, and inspired confidence. After he finished, an hour later, the gas company turned the gas on again and we are back to normal. All of this in one day, the day after the gas was turned off. We will be recommending Mr. Rooter to anyone who asks with great confidence. Thanks for putting us back in business.

Today the technician was supposed to be here between 8 and 10 am. I cancelled the appointment because the technician arrived at 10:15 or 10:20 to start a major job and I had an appointment later after lunch. The excuse the office gave me was that the technician forgot his tools at home and had to go back to get them. This was the second time this has happen with the same technician. The first time I had an appointment with same technician came to do the job he said his tools were in the truck and the truck was in the shop so he had to come back to do the work. The second appointment with same technician went well and the work was done well. But forgetting tools or not having tools with you 2 out of 3 times does not make for good customer service.

I live at Westminster Manor and when my garbage disposal backed up and WM could not repair it, Roto-Rooter was called. Omid Mandave came to my apt and worked diligently to fix the problem. He was so professional, polite, careful of my surroundings (I have some valuable carpets that had been water damaged by Westminster repair men) and after a lot of work solved the problem. He was courteous, hardworking and I was impressed by his work ethic and professionalism. If ever indeed the service again i will certainly ask that this particular employee. Thank you

Victor, Fabian and their team did an excellent job in resolving some toilet valve issues on two of our bathrooms and then fixing our water pressure that has been on my list for years. Fair and detail oriented. Eric and Sparky did an excellent job plumbing both a water softener and new sink in my garage. They arrived on time, bid the job, agreed on a price and stayed most of the day until the job was done about 7 hours. Very polite, personable and even took into consideration my two napping children in the middle of the day. Definitely recommend these guys.

DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL, called these guys with intentions of supporting a local company. Should have taken the warning signs when they took almost a whole day to return my call and didn't show up when scheduled to, i spoke with Joe and he stated he would be by within a couple of hours and did not show up till the next day. I decided to give them the opportunity to perform the repairs they recommended and after 4 days from the day they started repairs to now, I am still experiencing the same problems! The pictures and information on their website is deceiving (including address and staff), Joe apparently is a one man band, he was the only one who showed up, the only one who answered the phone (initially) and the only one who can make a decision to fix my repairs properly, he (they) obviously has chosen not to stand by his work. Joe may be great at changing faucets and swapping toilets, but if you need other plumbing services and complicated work, look for someone else.
