These guys went above and beyond to help us! They were able to locate our leak issues quickly and they spoke with us regarding a repair plan. They believed they were going to be able to repair everything in the same day. The guys arrived around noon on a Friday and worked until 10pm that night to complete the project. For one, we were beyond grateful to get these repairs completed, but secondly, I was astounded at their persistence and skill. I will be a loyal customer from here on out and would recommend their services to anyone.

We have been using Blue Dragon for years - he is a straight shooter, and he and his helpers are polite and courteous in your house. In fact, we had him out to clear a drain once and while he fixed it, he showed us how to do it ourselves in the future so we wouldn't have to have him back out. That's integrity. So when we needed a water heater, we called him first and have been happy with the results.

Got to my house even earlier than promised. Repaired my disposal quickly. Very easy transaction, a rarity!

I had an issue with low water pressure to my kitchen faucet. I called economy plumbing and they were very accommodating. Luke came out to my house the next day and got straight to work diagnosing the problem. He found the issue and was finished up in about an hour! Very straightforward experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Couldn't be happier with my experience with A and T plumbing. I had some work which was needed in my house. Called A and T plumbing and they were real good and putting me on the schedule and getting a service member out quickly to do the work. The service guy was very professional and completed the repair fast. All in all I could not ask for anything more from them, I will recommend them to all my friends.

Dealing with plumbing disasters is always a nightmare, so it's handy to have a good plumber to call. Mr. Rooter fits the bill, by far the most wonderful plumbers here in Austin. I mean, no one else even comes close, there's no amount of praise that could possibly exaggerate the excellence of Mr. Rooter.

While other places tell you they are open 24/7, they are not.They are a scam. Roto Rooter really is. We had to call on a Sunday and they were there within 1.5 hrs. Professional, friendly, timely, and clean. They tell you what it will cost up front. Great service!

I was referred to Plumb Masters by another company and boy I’m I glad they did. PM was the 4th company that I had come out. Each previous company was unreliable, unprofessional, or downright dishonest. From the the scheduling to the onsite visit with PM they were extremely pleasant and professional. Cody and Robert were 2 of the best service guys I have dealt with. They were respectful, knowledgeable, informative and just plain good guys. They were able to fix my clog and make some additional recommendations. I later called and spoke with Mark, the owner, and it became abundantly clear why dealing with Cody and Robert was such a great experience. Mark took the time to explain a few things and answer all of my questions and concerns. I will definitely use them again and I recommend anyone who has plumbing problems to give Plumb Masters a call.

While trying to remove a stump in my yard I accidentally hit a water pipe. In a panic I assumed I hit my main water line so naturally shut off the main water valve and proceeded to call any 24hr plumbing service that would take my call. I called these guys after some horrible service with Roto Rooter and was immediately put in contact with their master plumber David who calmly walked me through a series of questions and asked me to send him some pics of the pipes. Immediately after sending them he told me I had hit my irrigation piping, explaining everything, and advised that I could turn my main line back on after I shut off the irrigation water flow. All while he stayed on the phone with me. Not only did he solve my problem on the eve of thanksgiving but also saved me a ton of money. That kind of service is world class and can’t recommend these guys enough for their willingness to help and expertise. Thanks again!! You guys are awesome! Highly recommend!

I had a leak in our restroom and needed the kitchen sink augured so called a plumbing company. They fixed the leak and then I asked about the kitchen sink he said Oh... I'm sorry... I couldn't clear the line. WHAT??? So back to the internet. I always use small local family owned business and that is how I found Moore & More Plumbing. I scheduled a service call. David Steele showed up with his apprentice, Noah and he said we will try this auger. If it doesn't work then we will bring out the big gun. Well it didn't work... and neither did the big gun auger. Time to step up to the power jet. He came back with serious back up... David Moore showed up as well. They worked and worked and worked on our drain. There was no quit in there game. After several hours and making them late for dinner... our lines are cleared of the years of grease built up. I never write reviews this long... but I just wanted everyone to know just how awesome this company is. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Moore & More has a client for life. I was happy with the rapid response to my request for an appointment, the courteous workers who showed up on time, and the speed with which they fixed my broken kitchen faucet. I blanched, however, when they presented me with the bill -- $ 175! Good work, but pricey!

AMAZING AND A LIFE SAVER! I awoke to my neighbor letting me know I had a leak in my front yard. Water company came out to turn off the after and said they couldn’t help and to call a plumber. I found Mr. Santana on google maps and called him at 10 in a panic and he told me he would be able to be here by noon. At 11:58 I get a knock on the door! He estimates it will take him about 4 hours to find and fix the issue. He tells me the price and I nearly fainted, but I had no choice. He began the work while I stood there, more because I was curious to find out what the issue was not because I didn’t trust him, and at no time did he look aggravated cause I was his silent assistant. He found the issue about an hour in. Took him another hour to fix it. He adjusted his price to fit the job and left no mess when he left. 10/10. He is an amazing gentleman!
