Whole company has perfect customer service, request appointment online just few hours later I got call back, schedule appointment in coming week, also they will offer me an early appointment if they have openings. And then today the day before the scheduled, I got call back they filled me in , also 30mins service remind with Technician info in email. When the electrician comes, they wearing mask with checking list, try to knowledge me everything, try to explain every question I have. No push sale!! everything done nicely in same day. After service 30mins later receive a follow up phone call. Whole process is so smooth, professional and responsive. I would give them 5 star, 100% recommended.Forgot mention the name, Joe LaCombe and his coworker help me out today! Really appreciate.

Max took such great care of my home! Great communication, showed up on time, and incredibly professional. Not only did he fix the initial issue, but when he saw other smaller projects I had been working on in the house, he fixed those too! Max showed a level of consideration and professionalism I haven't seen in quite awhile. I will 100% use Grayzer again!

We recently had a electrical issue arise at our home. After being told it would be a week before someone could come out, we called TruTec. From the moment we were on the phone, we found them to be very professional. Nick came to our home the next day. He was very professional and great at explaining things to us. The next day, he and Bon were here, on time. Their approach was thorough and diligent. We will use them again and I highly recommend them.

I am very happy I chose Klock's. We had a gas oven, and needed to upgrade to an induction stove. Max and Aaron were prompt, professional, tidy, courteous and ethical. They did the job correctly, quickly, and they did not overcharge or take any shortcuts. They even did the courtesy of installing our new stove.I have never had to hire an electrician, but as a home owner, I expect to have future need of their services. The owner was very helpful, communicative and professional. The technicions were great to work with. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Duhon Electric.My dryer stopped producing heat one night. I called them in the morning and they told me they could be at my home in a few hours! I did not expect same day service, so that was amazing in itself.They came out and inspected the dryer (even fixed a wiring configuration on the dryer) and it turned out it was an issue with the outlet. They ran out to get the part and had it up and running very quickly.I very much appreciated their sense of urgency in taking care of my issue.

It can be very hard to rate electricians, bc really, how often does one person really use one? However, I'm a real estate agent, and have sent several clients their way. Can’t say enough about this company. The lady that initially answered my call was so friendly and just a real pleasure to speak with. She got an electrician out within a few days ( I didn’t really have an emergency issue) and he was courteous enough to call me to let me know he was going to be late. I feel like that’s a rarity these days, but it really meant a lot he did that. When he (sorry, forgot his name) finished fixing my issue he explained to me everything he did and answered any questions I had after the job was done. I needed an outdoor light installation done, and this certified electrician did a great job. I was really worried about how the service would go considering I am not from the area, and it went really well. I was able to relax knowing my backyard was safe!

Mike and his crew installed an RV plug in our garage to allow us to charge a Nissan Leaf using an aftermarket charger. It did take some time to get some answers to my questions and find a good time for the installation. The work is solid and I would call Mike again for future electrical work.

Far and away, Bowne electric has been the best electrical contractor I have used. From large projects to a simple check on an electrical short circuit, they have by far been one of the most professional and prompt contractors that I know of. When they say that they will show up at 0800 on a particular day, they will show up either on the dot or before 0800. They have demonstrated again and again that they hire very competent, professional, and courteous employees. I highly recommend them, and I will continue being a repeat customer should I need any electrical work in the future.

The electrician came to my residence to fix a damaged light switch. He was really courteous and approachable. He described to me everything he performed while repairing my light switch so that I would know what to anticipate the next time I needed him. I was able to save some money thanks to the electrician's wise advice for additional home repairs!

The electrician came to my house and was able to fix the power within 45 minutes. I called them back because we lost power again, and they were back in an hour.

Great customer service, they show when they say they will. The electricians very knowledgeable and know there stuff. The staff in there showroom go out of there way to give the best customer service. I guess that's why they have been the only electrician I've used for the last 10 years and will continue to call them when needed.
