While trying to get my property ready for resale, a leak sprung up where my yard meets the sidewalk. I called Rooter-Man on Monday morning and they were out to look at it later that afternoon. They were transparent about the nature of the repair and gave me an estimate there. 5 hours later it was all taken care of. I couldn't ask for more.

During landscaping work, the main water line to my home was broken leaving me with low water pressure in my home. Benjamin came out the same day to investigate and help resolve the problem. He diagnosed the problem as debris in the interior water lines (a complicated problem). He scheduled a follow up visit the next day, Saturday, and was able to successfully use high pressure backflow to clear the water lines. After this, he cleared individual interior clogged lines and filters and replaced cartridges as needed. Throughout the process, he stayed in communication with me, invited me to shadow him as he explained what he was seeing and the options for repair, and finally walked through the entire house with me afterward to confirm everything was to my satisfaction (it was - good as new). It's taken me four years since relocating to Austin, but I finally have a great plumber to add to my go to list in case of problems!

We used Radiant to troubleshoot slow drainage issues in our 1960’s built home. Both the initial visit by Trevor and the follow-up by Matt F involved professional and experienced technicians. Decided to pay more to get our pipes cleaned via hydro jet. Matt was very thorough and patient as he explained the options and pricing. I may have paid less at another place, but time is precious and I appreciated the professionalism, the communication and the follow-up from Radiant. Would definitely

It's a typical story, where you have something unexpected, decide to break. As usual, at the more inopportune time. A leaking water heater isn't something you want to put off fixing for long. So I called around and sent out the usual Yelp quote requests. A&T plumbing was not only the first to respond early in the morning but had the best response.Their prices weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but right there in the middle. But I liked the transparent pricing, availability, and good product (it had good reviews). Others were way overpriced or had no problem recommending another unreliable product. They came by as scheduled, replaced the water heater quickly and professionally. No more leaks and the water is hot. I recommend these folks as well as a water sensor! As that saved me from potentially expensive repairs due to it being located on the 2nd floor.

HONEST, KIND AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!Tyler and Lennie from Mr. Rooter just left my home. We could not have been more impressed!Previously, we were notified that we had a sewer leak. We contested that assumption, and we were right. They system was tested and NO LEAK was found. This has saved two seniors a tremendous amount of stress and possibly thousands of dollars.I would recommend this company without any reservation to anyone who needs an honest, dependable company for any plumbing needs. Thanks for restoring our faith in humanity.Leo and Mary Lou Hawkins

I had a pretty bad kitchen clog that I tried to clear myself and couldn’t. I called a plumber and he was also not able to clear the drain. This plumber told me I’ve would have to get an electric jetter to clear the drain, which I found out is expensive and not recommended on residential drains. I called Roto-Rooter for a second opinion and they were able to clear the drain in under 20 minutes. Will definitely call them first in the future!

You will not regret using Jeff for any and all plumbing needs you have. He is extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t try to upsell you things like ALL other plumbers do. He was able to come out same day to check everything out and was back the next morning to replace our broken 50gallon water heater with a tankless. So grateful and will never use anyone else for all things plumbing related!

After several other local plumbers laughed while declaring they wouldn't even touch the plumbing issue in the house I'm buying, Plumb Masters had someone out in 24 hrs. He was kind, professional, and so very reasonable. I will definitely be using them for the repair and will post an update then. Based upon this experience, I highly recommend them and will absolutely be using them for all future plumbing projects.

David not only successfully replaced my toilet flange, a major accomplishment in my old house, but he walked me thru each step of his creative solutions while ensuring that all code requirements were met. He's not the first tech to work on this toilet, but I am confident that this is the long-term solution I needed. I highly recommend Moore and More Plumbing. I know they will be my go to company for future needs.

I called and made and appt and took off of work to meet them. They no called no showed and then when I called back and spoke to Tara she said they could come out for an extra $45. I told her I scheduled an appt with one of her plumbers last night and gave her his phone number to verify. She said ok and still wanted to charge me $45 extra. If you own this company and read this please start recording your calls from clients and listening to them because your burning leads. I would give 0 stars if possible for wasting my time.

5.0 star rating 7/21/2018Great customer service from Bryan Higgins at AAA Auger Plumbing. His professional humorous attitude makes it easy to trust his plumbing knowledge. For several years, I have been living with progressively low water pressure and wrongly assumed it was being caused by calcium deposits in water heater, clothes washer inlet valve and bathtub faucet...I also have had a slow drip on side of house from a copper pipe coming inches out of the foundation and had been wondering if it was normal. Bryan quickly figured out I had two ongoing issues to resolve, a water heater safety and a water pressure issue. Bryan took the time to explain my options. On the safety issue,Bryan explained that the water heater's temperature/pressure relief valve had failed and was the cause of the drip outside near foundation. Not only was it not normal for water to drip out of the mysterious outside copper pipe , but it was causing my water heater to run continuously, and the malfunctioning valve was a safety hazard. At first, I thought I could change it myself to save money. Being impressed by his honest concern for safety, I gave Bryan the go ahead to replace the water heater temp/pressure valve. I am glad I did. I would have replaced it incorrectly...I had read that low water pressure was also caused by a Pressure Relief Valve but I could not locate it. I thought I didn't have one since many YouTube posts showed these valves very close to the outside water hose faucet. Bryan showed me the PRV valve attached to the city's water meter line, explained its function, and advised replacing it. Again, my first thought was to save money and do the work myself. Seeing the ground depth of the PRV valve , I was realizing the hard work it would take for replacement. As soon as I heard Bryan explaining the PRV city code requirements, it was a no brainer to agree to let a professional do the repair work.In the 17 years I've owned my home, I repeatedly chose AAA Auger for my plumbing repairs and water heater replacement primarily for their fair pricing. Bryan however is the only plumber representing AAA Auger that was caring enough to recommend me asking for a repair discount. I did take him up on his suggestion.I am grateful for Bryan's discount suggestion, caring attitude toward his customers and most importantly, his professional job ethics in completing all repairs meeting if not exceeding all City Code requirements.AAA Auger you have in Bryan a great company ambassador and continue to have my LOYALTY.Sincerely,Franco M. from Del Valle
