I don't write many reviews, but our experience was so unsatisfactory it seems important to take the time to do so. We had S&D Plumbing out for a camera run because we were concerned that a backflow in our kitchen meant our ancient cast iron plumbing had finally given out.The very first thing the plumber did, before he even stepped into our house, was try to upsell my husband on some sort of confusing membership service. We regret that we didn't ask him to leave right then.The plumber ran the camera and couldn't see anything. He did a pigtail run and couldn't figure out with that whether there was a blockage or not. He said there was soil on the other end, and concluded our line had collapsed and we needed to replace it, but didn't actually show this soil to us.He then mis-measured our house (off by at least 25 ft) and gave us a truly astronomically high estimate (basically a price that said eff off, we don't want to do this work) for what we already knew to be a very costly service: tunneling and line replacement. He charged us for the (useless) camera run and left us surprised and angry at being treated with this kind of casual contempt.We had another plumbing company out the next week, for what we thought would be a second tunneling and line replacement estimate. But guess what? Our ancient sewer line is completely fine for the time being. It was just a blockage. Capital City Plumbing had the skill, the time and the effort to clear it for us.I recommend all readers AVOID S&D based on this experience.

I called on a Saturday morning with an urgent issue. The after-hours receptionist took down my information and I received a call from the plumber, Colin, within a few minutes. He then arrived within an hour and resolved the issue, clearly explained what else needed to be done, and was very friendly as well.

I had been without hot water for three days. Pierre drove to inspect it within 2 hours of my call, and he was able to get it turned back on! The water heater needs to be replaced, but he was able to get me back up and running!

Mr Rooter although they were scheduled for the day worked me in due to the sewer line issue. Michael came out and quickly cleared the issue and then scoped the line to find and show me what caused the problem.. tree roots then explained what was needed to fix it permanently. Great Service from a real professional and restored my home back to complete functionality.

Oscar was very professional and took care of a clog way down the line that we couldn’t reach. Although dispatch and scheduling left much to be desired, he was great company representative after the debacle in the office.

Really got screwed with this one. Thunderbird was great and communicative until things became a hot mess. My house is from the 50s with terrible plumbing. I received multiple repair bids ranging from 5-15k and went with Thunderbird. I did all the repairs they recommended for my house. Unfortunately, when they fixed the initial problem it brought another problem to light- bad drainage. I left 4 voicemails over the course of 2 weeks with no call back. I found an active leak that I can't get them to fix, they were going to come out one day but no show-no called. I've requested warranty information 4 times but nothing. Dealing with bad plumbing is a pain as-is but, it's worse when the person that's supposed to be fixing it goes dark.

Excessively high price invoiced after a 2hr late arrival and zero communication following.The work done seems high quality so far - likely an issue with Fast Plumbing the business rather than the plumbers they employ.

Mike and Dan worked prominently to get our under water treadmill up and running again. They were clear with estimates and answered all my questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend these gentleman and I won’t hesitate to call them again if needed.

This firm has decided to capitalize on demand. They quoted me 660$ for a 15 minute repair. I paid their estimate fee of 89$ and said no thank you. Go elsewhere!
