They explained our options for a toilet, and immediately went back and returned with the toilet we had chosen. They installed the toilet efficiently and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend them.

Ryan is very polite and does thorough work! He was helpful and communicative throughout the process of having to make some major repairs on our AC system.

I had Blue Dragon (Gilbert) out to replace all 3 of my exterior hose bibb valves. He was on time, upfront about the supplies, labor and fees, and the job was completed to satisfaction! Happy to call them first next time I have any plumbing issues!!

Mike arrived at my residence and was a complete professional from start to finish. AT&T plumbing were one of the few plumbing companies to get back to me. They were actually able to see me sooner than expected and offered me two solutions to repair a part or install. We opted for the install. The plumber who installed the unit was very friendly and knowledgeable when I had questions. When turning on the water i noticed a lack of pressure in the sinks. Dan the manager who is also very friendly came out the next day and helped solve the issue at no cost. I would recommend using them.

EDIT: *** Mr. Brett Bidwell, the franchise owner, called today and took numerous steps to correct the situation. I'm happy with his attempts to address my concerns and will check with him if I have any future plumbing problems that need assistance.*** We were charged over $322 to have a four inch long piece of waterline soldered into place. The plumber, Alvin Santoy, spent less than 30 minutes working on this since we already had the broken waterline exposed. The plumber was rude to my wife when she tried to ask him a few questions about our leaking bathtub drain.

Mike and Kyle came out from Capital City Plumbing to diagnose and repair a leak behind the wall of my shower. They were determined to find and fix the leak. They were very clear on the cost, and the damage to the tile and wall that were necessary to get to the leak. Good communication, quick repair, and they cleaned up after. What a great experience, and I don't know that I can say that for most service appointments. Thank you

Overpriced, make sure to quote with other providers too to compare. They quoted $3,200 for a fix that was literally changing an elbow in a PVC connector, fortunately I had someone else to compare quotes. Also they charged me $69 just to give me the quote. Ridiculous.

Jeff has installed a hot water heater a few years back, and more recently he installed a split fuel, downdraft oven. He actually charged a little less than he quoted. Honest guy.

I called Melissa and they were the only one that was able to get to my problem quickly. As a GC sometimes things happen. This particular instance it was a problem we had caused. They showed up quick (a day ahead of schedule) and was able to identity the issue immediately. Thank you guys and I can’t wait to do more business in the future.

Plumb Masters was able to locate our septic tank in a short period of time with the expertise training and equipment that they have on hand. It was done in an ample amount of time which saved me a lot of money when locating the tank.

I had 1st Plumbing to check some issues in my commercial building. They did an excellent job while Sean explained the entire procedure to me. I will call them in the future for any of my plumbing needs at my home or office building.

Best Rooter company in town. Cridder Ridder and Roto Rooter could not do the job. Johnny Rooter showed up, addressed the problem of a nasty dead animal in the pipe and SOLVED IT! BEST COMPANY EVER!
