The two techs that were sent to the house where awesome and very skilled. I would highly recommend this company.(I actually had a different plumber lined up to do the work and he stood me up after I had taken off the morning from work.He double booked jobs.I called Daniel's Plumbing, and they really came through to get the job done and they saved me a lot of money)

Pierre and team were timely, professional and didn't jerk us around with mystery fees and surprise charges. After being referred to A&T by 2 of my neighbors, I chose to get 2 quotes for our crumbling and clog-prone 54 year old sewer line repair work. 1 from A&T and another from a competing company. A&T was more in line with my expectations. I expected there to be delays and let them do their thing. It's done when it's done, and there were some hurdles with rock, etc, but the end result was completed professionally. Best of all, the team were very very responsive during the last mile, ensuring that things worked. Glad I chose them and will do so for future projects. I'd happily refer them to others as well. Take a minute and read this before hiring Mr Rooter of Austin. They are hands down the most professional plumbing company I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with many.I had extensive work that needed to be done from multiple root intrusion in my drained lines under my slab, repairing supply lines, gas line rerouting, toilet removal and install that required a professional to handle this massive job.From the first day they were very clear and gave me multiple options that saved me thousands of dollars to repair all the damages. They were on time every single time and the main plumber on the job, Michael, was extremely professional, patient, and explained everything he was doing before he started.The workmanship was the highest I have seen in years as they made sure everything was done correctly and constantly checked and rechecked their work.Once the job was done, they also had the inspector and engineer out the same day (which is a miracle) and wrapped up the job two weeks sooner than they had anticipated.The time they saved me along with the headaches and anxiety that goes with major plumbing work was worth every penny.Big thanks to Brett, Michael and the rest of the crew.

Really got screwed with this one. Thunderbird was great and communicative until things became a hot mess. My house is from the 50s with terrible plumbing. I received multiple repair bids ranging from 5-15k and went with Thunderbird. I did all the repairs they recommended for my house. Unfortunately, when they fixed the initial problem it brought another problem to light- bad drainage. I left 4 voicemails over the course of 2 weeks with no call back. I found an active leak that I can't get them to fix, they were going to come out one day but no show-no called. I've requested warranty information 4 times but nothing. Dealing with bad plumbing is a pain as-is but, it's worse when the person that's supposed to be fixing it goes dark.

Called for a quote. The lady who answered the phone put me on hold for about 5 minutes. Finally Lee answered. I asked him how he was doing and he answered Im busy. Im not going to inconvenience them with any of my work.

Joe was super friendly and professional! They were able to do all our repairs in one day and everything has been running smoothly since then.
