Received notice when Dustin was on his way with a picture as well. Showed up on time. Explained everything so I understood what he did/found. He did the water heater drain/fill maintenance and replaced the faucet in the shower.

Recently my water heater stopped working and reached A&T services. They fixed it pretty quickly. The issue with the heater was with the controller and Pierre was able to restart the water heater. As this was quick fix Pierre did not charge us for his service visit. Great of him. I would highly recommend to my friends and family members.

My very old kitchen faucet started leaking quite a lot. Nick from Mr. Rooter Plumbing came over that day and suggested a replacement rather than a repair of the current faucet. He did the job quickly despite some difficulties in removing the old faucet. The new faucet is working great. The area was cleaned up perfectly. All round a job well done!

Today the technician was supposed to be here between 8 and 10 am. I cancelled the appointment because the technician arrived at 10:15 or 10:20 to start a major job and I had an appointment later after lunch. The excuse the office gave me was that the technician forgot his tools at home and had to go back to get them. This was the second time this has happen with the same technician. The first time I had an appointment with same technician came to do the job he said his tools were in the truck and the truck was in the shop so he had to come back to do the work. The second appointment with same technician went well and the work was done well. But forgetting tools or not having tools with you 2 out of 3 times does not make for good customer service.

I should have read the reviews beforehand but I learned the hard way how frustrating RR is to work with. This started Wednesday afternoon when i had a pretty good water leak and the RR dispatcher said it qualified for expedited service. I wish i had known that expedited service meant i’d Hear from someone Friday night, shortly before midnight, 2.5 days later. For the 2.5 days before that, i called RR dispatch several times and they promised someone would arrive at various time periods and/or call, and i never heard a peep. Once I finally spoke with a plumber, we discussed the project, i shared some pictures, etc. and we agreed on a fixed price for a very specific job to be done (note their hourly rate of $225/hr, about 2.5x the going rate, as i called other companies, they just couldn’t come out quickly enough). A plumber finally started working Saturday mid morning and after 3 hours had to leave, fortunately he left the job site in a way that let me turn the water back on to the house. A little over a week later he returned to finish the job, over the course of 2-3 more hours, but even after the total 6 hours of work, he did not complete the work as we had discussed, and he actually left my plumbing in a state that he previously described as very poor workmanship, something he’d never do because it won’t hold up, but by then i was tired of arguing and just paid the bill. Very frustrating experience for an extremely simple leak fix, or at least it should have been. Be warned!

These guys are AWESOME! Jeff could not have been more responsive, informative, timely and helpful. He did a great job installing a new hot water heater for us in our older house and we'll definitely continue to do business with Thunderbird in the future!

I have used Plumb Masters for a few years. I called and was able to get on their schedule the following morning.
They called when they were on the way; inspected the problem and told me the cost of repair. The repair was completed.

Dominic was amazing! We called 1st Home and Commercial Services after reading the positive Google reviews because we needed help with an installation for a new bathroom sink and hardware and they were able to help us the same day. It was not a straight forward installation and we were missing a part. Dominic called multiple stores to track down the needed pieces and he did a stellar job with the installation. We also had questions about clogged drains and he recommended a product that he offered to drop off on his route the next business day. Dominic was friendly and really went the extra mile. He was also mindful of the current health crisis and practiced distancing and was wearing PPE including a mask and shoe covers. We were very impressed with the service and look forward to working with him again.

Must say this is the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with any plumbing issue. The guys were professional, timely and very nice. I will use this company from here on out!!

I just performed a variation of what I did regarding an unrelated electrical issue some years back...tripping or not tripping a breaker. The electrical fix-it company charged for a service call, a 5-minute non-issue.This time, it involved a plumbing (another non-) issue, as it turns out. And an embarrassing one at that. There was no charge for the service call. Very nice gesture from a plumbing business...any send out on a call business. I was recommended to Johnny Rooter by a reputable contractor-type guy I use from time to time. I'll call on J rooter again. Curtis is a pleasant young man and thanks to him and a sound company policy, I didn't have to pay for my oversight. WW

Called on Friday. They offered a “free” quote for a new Hot Water heater on Saturday, then charged me $114 because it was a Saturday.
