Wow.. after 20 years of rental property ownership and disagreeable experiences with plumbers, I've finally found my go-to guy. I went through 2 handymen and wasted a good 3 weeks trying to get a simple leaky faucet resolved, listening to every imaginable excuse, ranging from car won't start to grandmother ill, and finally just gave up and fired them both permanently.Finally, I read reviews of Blue Dragon and decided to give them a shot. Gilbert responded to my initial voice message ,in less than an hour and set a schedule. I gave him tenant contact info and he made all the scheduling arrangements directly with them. Sure enough, on the appointed day, the crew showed up exactly when they said, and resolved the leak. While there, they discovered abnormally high water pressure at the house, which pointed to a failing pressure relief valve at the meter.A repair estimate range was given to replace the valve and another appointment was made for a return visit to accomplish that. Again, the guys showed up exactly when promised. When the job was done, they had replaced a couple of additional components not initially anticipated.The best part? The final bill amount came in LESS than the low end of the initial estimate.What's not to like? These guys are now in my Rolodex in bright red!

Had an appointment scheduled with them for no water pressure/no hot water. On the day they were supposed to come, they texted saying they couldn’t come because of a “large influx” of calls. Either their scheduling is so disorganized that they double booked me or they unilaterally decided to go to other calls that came in after mine.

Mike was friendly and professional in investigating and resolving the gas leak issue feeding the regulator serving our pool heater.

I can't help but want to shower praise upon Mr. Rooter. There's no other plumber in Austin quite like them. Their dedication to high-quality service towers above all of their competition, it's truly admirable and amazing.

Updated reviewThe positive: after we had another plumber come out and they were unable to find the source of our leak, we called the Roto-Rooter team. They responded quickly and set everything into motion within hours to help us mitigate the damage. The crew that has come out to service our home has been reassuring, knowledgeable, and prompt. The amount of follow up and showing up when they say they will is so refreshing from other services we've had. I highly recommend Roto Rooter for their crewHowever, be prepared for a high pressured sale. We were told by the advocate who came to our house that insurance would cover the work but if insurance doesn't they will work with us. Unfortunately months later we are surprised with a significant bill.Did they do good work? Yes. But do I feel like I was mislead and taken? Yes.

We reached out to Jeff to install a new hot water heater. The process was simple, we sent him a few photos of the job site, he sent a quote. On the day he was supposed to arrive he DID arrive and completed his work without interruption. The new hot water heater looks great !

A copper line was cut and leaking in 5 spots . No digging or anything special . Pipe was open area to fix . Took the plumber about 1 1/2 hours . Charged us $2475.00 almost $2500. What kind of bull is this . And of course we had pay it . They took advantage of the situation. Do not use these guys .

I have been using this company for several years for my business and my home and every time they exceed my expectations with knowledge and great customer service. They really seem to appreciate my business and know when an emergency plumber is needed for my busy water-reliant business. Highly recommend and I never worry when I need to call them because I know they will get things fixed for me.

Called to get pricing on 2 different properties for Hydro Jetting. After multiple phone calls of concern after the service was done, I was told they were too busy to help out. After over charging of the service you would think they would be happy to help to ensure the job was done correctly. EXTREMELY disappointed

I called and made and appt and took off of work to meet them. They no called no showed and then when I called back and spoke to Tara she said they could come out for an extra $45. I told her I scheduled an appt with one of her plumbers last night and gave her his phone number to verify. She said ok and still wanted to charge me $45 extra. If you own this company and read this please start recording your calls from clients and listening to them because your burning leads. I would give 0 stars if possible for wasting my time.
