Best Pump Repair in Austin TX

I had issue with low water pressure with guest shower and called S & D and explain the issue over the phone.1. It was explain the company does not charge any dispatch fee and if no work will be performed than there will be no fee dues. However after the technician arrived it was stated there is diagnose fee of ~$200 which is the cost for their time to come on site?. This is certainly not inline with the phone conversation.2. Technician diagnose by looking at the spout and estimate will cost ~$300 to replace the valve. Explain to technician valve has been check with no issue and technician agree to charge only diagnostic fee if they are not able increase the water pressure. Technician proceed to exchange the shower valve and results is exactly the same as before. Informed newer shower head has slower water flow and need to exchange the flow control which involve with opening the wall and tiles in order to increase the water pressure. Hence I was out with ~$200 and water flow still exactly the same as before. Would be have been better if this was informed at the beginning with no additional charge.

Mr. Collen Mcbride did excellent job! Our faucets were blocked with sand after the storm. Although we paid another person for blowing out the sand, the work was not done properly. So the faucets were clogged and leaking.Collen identified the problems and fixed them very quickly. He also provided advice and recommendations to our water heater.We feel so lucky that we found a good company, and had such an excellent technician resolved our problem. My kitchen sink was clogged and Juan Martinez w Clarke Kent arrived within an hour of my phone call to the business. Juan assessed the situation and fixed the clogged pipe in about 30 minutes. He also gave me a tip about what garbage disposal to get as my current one recently broke. Juan was very professional, well mannered and respectful and will definitely use him again. Benjamin and Emmerling have been nothing short of fantastic in helping me and everyone I've referred to recover from what has been a stressful couple of weeks since the great freeze of 2021. Emmerling has been outstanding in communicating with me and setting reasonable expectations in terms of timing of visits, billing, etc.Benjamin and his team have been really respectful and professional throughout, helping me to understand the issues/challenges and presenting multiple paths forward in consideration of budget, complexity, etc. Further, I feel like the pricing has been fair and that they've been really honest in terms of helping me to prioritize what needs to get done and what is less important. As to the specific work they've performed for me, they've replaced both an electric tank water heater and gas tankless water heater.I haven't hesitated to recommend them to several neighbors and family, all in just the last 3 weeks. I couldn't speak more highly in regards to the prompt attention and quality of the work.

Way overpriced plumbing service . 99 dollars just to show up. 130 extra to relight a pilot light . 3000 for a new water heater. Gimmie a break

Prospective employees BEWARE- they will hire you on with big promises, bragging about being understanding of family needs, and then pay you with paper checks and let you go with NO notice and no severance because they find someone more desirable (meaning someone they don’t have to teach, even though that’s the whole point of hiring an apprentice) to them in the moment, rather than honoring what they told you in the hiring process. Imagine letting someone go and using being slightly late twice due to your special needs child needing additional help those mornings as your ammunition, and then handing you a $200 check for the week without an ounce of guilt, knowing you have a child at home dependent upon you. Absolutely sickening.

Wow ! Our AC went out with the Texas heat 107.
They answered their phone and had a polite professional tech out to fix the problem in less than 18 hours. We are very pleased and will use the service again when AC, HVAC or plumbing issues come up in the future.
