Best Plumbing Replacement in Austin TX

I was quoted more than $320 to replace a leaky toilet valve. Was told their software could not bill me for just the valve replacement so they had to rebuild my toilet. Told them no and bought a toilet tank kit at the hardware store for $22. Kept getting texts asking me to leave a review so here it is.

I contacted Clarke Kent Plumbing and they were at my house in less than 2 hours to unclog a drain. Michael was very informative and helpful. I'm so glad he was able to resolve the issue quickly!

We read the comments before calling them to perform our repairs. I have to admit I never expected to have a plumber be so kind that we enjoyed our conversations. The plumber went above and beyond what was needed. He gave us great advice for any future needs. Also, there was a part he needed and his office delivered the part to our home while he was still working. The service was incredible. FIVE STARS

Replaced our entire AC system with them. It was expensive, but the service and quality that was provided was unlike any company we've dealt with.It truly felt like a white glove experience. Even the installation technicians were courteous and helpful.

Gilbert is the man! Called him at 8:30 AM the morning our drain clogged and he was here at 1:30 PM. Cleared our drain in no time. Two times cheaper than the last guy we had come out for the same problem! Thank you Gilbert for the fast and excellent service!

Mack came out in a timely fashion and unclogged our kitchen sink. Did a good job and cleaned up afterwards.

AT&T plumbing were one of the few plumbing companies to get back to me. They were actually able to see me sooner than expected and offered me two solutions to repair a part or install. We opted for the install. The plumber who installed the unit was very friendly and knowledgeable when I had questions. When turning on the water i noticed a lack of pressure in the sinks. Dan the manager who is also very friendly came out the next day and helped solve the issue at no cost. I would recommend using them.

We had a small list of plumbing fixes we needed on our house after buying it ranging from small to relatively large. Eli from Mr. Rooter gave us a great estimate that was the lowest of the companies we met with. His work was high-quality. We will be calling them up again in the event we need anymore plumbing work done.

Alexis (#1068) was very helpful and was able to clear our very clogged main line quickly so that we could use our water again. When he was done he talked me through what he did and we discussed possible causes to the problem so we can prevent future issues. I would call them again in an emergency but hopefully we won’t need to for a long, long time.

L&P was a breath of fresh air after dealing with 2 other plumbing companies that seemed scammy. Fabian and his team came out quickly, explained the issue and costs associated were very transparent and clearly knew what they were doing.I felt super comfortably putting my house in their hands. Couldn’t recommend any more.

I have an old house so everyone always want to replace all of the pipes but instead they took the time to assess the problem and fixed it and 1/2 the price of other quotes. The we’re fast, reliable and trustworthy. Thanks!!

Charged me $502 just to replace a Moen 1222B shower faucet cartridge which took ~10 min total. It was a weekend visit, they charged $178 for that but rest was for parts ($41 in Amazon) and labor, a total rip off. Everybody should stay away for this company; who takes advantage of the situation..

The plumber was very professional. I’m giving three stars because of the price. $480 to snake a drain? Until now I’ve never paid more than $200. If the price was reasonable this would have been 5 stars.

Very nice people but they have gotten crazy expensive. They sent out two people (one appeared to be a trainee) on a non-weekend and non-emergency call. A garden hose faucet (bibb) needed replacing and I was afraid that I had messed it up since it would not come off and got a tiny bit twisted around.The people were nice and decided that the only thing needed was to unscrew the old faucet (it took some muscles) and screw the new one on. The cost was just under $250! Seriously, they only had to unscrew the old one and screw on the new one. Took about 15 minutes and they even had me turn the water to the house off and later back on myself. And the faucet itself is now crooked!I contacted the company and the owner feels that the charge is reasonable. Too bad that he has gotten so greedy and charges so much. He must have a yacht payment due.

Austin Plumbery was incredibly professional and fairly priced. I had a leak in the water line to my toilet and needed it to be taken care of quickly. I submitted the contact form on their website outside of their listed business hours, yet they called me 20 minutes later and scheduled a technician to come over the next morning. Travis was right on time and got the job done quickly. He was friendly, professional and was considerate enough to wear booties, gloves, and a facemask. I will be using Austin Plumbery again and highly recommend their services!
