Best Plumbing Replacement in Austin TX
Our outside AC unit stopped working and when I called, Marissa was able to get a contractor out that same day although everyone else was booked. Nikolas was able to come on a Saturday within a few hours and repair what needed to be done. He was very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable and let us know what we needed to have done in the future. He provided us with an estimate and gave us additional information on financing if needed. I would recommend Abacus for your HVAC service needs.

I recently moved from Dallas and I chose 1st Home & Commercial Services based on their Google reviews. I definitely made the right choice! I needed a hot water heater and toilet installed. Master plumber Chris Thompson came out and did a terrific job. Prior to the installation, Chris noticed that the old hot water heater was not up to code. Chris pointed out the issues and assured me that the new hot water heater would be installed up to code. I highly recommend 1st Home & Commercial for all your plumbing and AC needs. Be sure to ask for master plumber Chris Thompson. Also since I recently moved, I couldn't find any of my tools. Chris was able to tighten up the hoses to my washing machine at no charge. He noticed I had one of the hoses on backwards.Great companyGreat employeesGreat services and great pricing

Steve was amazing. He fixed a small problem last week and came back to replace my water heater today. He answered all my questions and the work was completed quickly. I always use Fox Service Co. for all my plumbing and heating/cooling services.

After having a small power outage, I decided to call turbo to check my electrical connections, so I could make my home safe. They were in charge of checking that there were no worn cables, it was a good check, they know what they are doing and they are very agile, I recommend them to keep the electronic equipment and the safety of the family safe.

I booked an appointment with ARS to fix a leak in my house. The appointment setup was prompt. I was told there would be a fixed service fee of $59 to give me a quote of the actual problem. This seemed fair, since leaks are tricky. The person showed up within the stipulated window. So far it was going according to plan. From here on though unfortunately it went all down hill. The person did a very cursory look around. Said he would need to do a pressure gauge test to identify the leak. And said it’ll cost me $260 to do the test. This is where I asked him about the initial service fee and what it was for? He said that’s for the visit, and $260 is to give you the actual quote to fix the problem. Also quoted me $410 to recap a slightly damaged pipe which was not even connected to the real issue. This was a red flag. A recapping of a dead pipe should take less than 30 secs which I was planning on doing myself anyway.Absolutely horrible experience. This is a scam to get gullible people to just pay whatever plumbers are asking for. They know customers are usually desperate when it comes to leaks and such. No integrity or work ethic left.
