Best Plumbing Leak Detection in Austin TX

Kyle and Angel were knowledgeable and professional. After moving and repairing a gas line for a replacement fire place, they discovered a leak in our gas line that had gone previously undetected by the gas company after a tornado. They worked diligently to find not just 1, but 2 leaks in our gas line and fix them as well. They were friendly and kind to our children as well and respectful of our home and time. This turned into a larger job than expected but I'm thankful that we were able to get it done.

We had a sewage line backup outside our house last Saturday. Rooter Man was able to get a technician to our house within a couple of hours. Curtis cleared the line and showed us that we had root intrusion into part of the sewage line (yaaaaay).Curtis really went the extra mile. He spent some extra time with the camera and found a second break right where our drain meets the city line and gave us advice on how to handle that with the city.Curtis was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. We would use Rooter Man again, and we'd ask for Curtis.

We had a terrible experience with this company and would never use them again, or recommend them to anyone.    
Our gardener pointed out a leak in the concrete on one side of the house.  We called Clarke Kent plumbing and they came out to take a look.  Not only did they take 6 hours to inspect the leak, they told us the only way they could figure out where the leak is is to use a carbon machine which would cost us $550.  if they didn't find the leak, they would expense this.  However, if they found the source of the leak, we would pay for this. 
Desperate and admittedly ignorant, I said yes. 
They went out to buy this machine, came back, and confirmed the leak to be in the bathroom sink.   Then they said they would have to tear down the wall, run a new line, all in all it would cost $2000 just to open the wall and another estimated $10 to 15,000 to run the line depending on what they found.  We were shocked.

Cut to: we called a leak detection company.  paid $475 for them to detect a leak with hi-tech equipment.  They found leak in our toilet sealant,  gave us a video of the detection for our records, and said it would be an easy fix estimated around $200.

We called Clarke Kent and asked to be reimbursed for their misdiagnosis.  They came, they made all sort of excuses, now they refuse to get back to us on anything.  They asked for all our receipts and said they would get in touch with the company that fixed the leak to figure out what they did.  In short, it has been months and still no response to any of our calls.

We feel they are totally incompetent at best, corrupt at worst.  Beware before considering them.

I've used a lot of plumbers over the past few years and they were all mediocre at best. That all changed with my experience with Daniel's plumbing. Our initial appointment was with Morgan who was not only very friendly but clearly committed to helping me get to the bottom of my gas leak and complicated water heater install. A few days later she came with Tib (also amazing!). Long story short - the job being outside of scope but they kept the original quote and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. They were at our home for at least 7 hours and they kept an amazing attitude and assured me they would get the issue resolved. If I have any future plumbing issues, Daniel's will be the first place I call. THANK YOU AGAIN MORGAN & TIB!!!!

We had them come in to detect issues with some water leaks. They found them and were able to service us quickly, however they did have to come back after missing one area which left us three additional days without being able to shower. Their prices are really fair.

WE CALLED MID MORNING ON SATURDAY WITH WATER STANDING IN THE KITCHEN. A PERSON ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE. ASA WOODLAND CAME OUT AND IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM. WE WERE SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY AM. ASA ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND WORKED UNTIL 9PM TO LOCATE AND REPAIR THE LEAKS WITHIN THE WALLS. HE WAS ABLE TO GET US WATER FOR MOST OF THE HOME WITHOUT LEAKS. HE RETURNED TODAY AS SCHEDULED AND WORKED EIGHT HOURS TO FINISH UP. THE WORK WAS DONE WITHIN THE BID AND SEEMS TO BE GOOD. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KEPT US UPDATED ON HIS PROGRESS AND ESTIMATED COMPLETION. THE COST SEEM IN LINE WITH OTHER PLUMBING WE HAVE HAD DONE. ASA IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AS HE IS COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANS UP WHEN THE JOB IS COMPLETE.

The technician arrived promptly and was very polite. They were able to fix a clog in my kitchen sink drain, that had resisted plunging, my own attempts at snaking, and Liquid Plumr. Really pleased with the service, and relieved to be able to do dishes in kitchen again.

Very surprised when they responded to my message on Friday before the New Years Weekend. We scheduled service for the next Tuesday morning. Alex called that morning and was here early. Very professional, performed the leak detection we scheduled and also volunteered to look at the water issue I had and gave his professional opinion about my options as I am in the insurance/mitigation process. Alex was very helpful and seemed to really care about my plumbing issues and that is something I appreciate. Would highly recommend them for these reasons.

I am a fan! We have complex water heater issues at our home related to the original construction. There was no easy solution. Jeff spent much time problem solving instead of just ripping open walls which would have been much more costly. He came up with a solution that works perfectly. Ted and Jeff fixed other items in our home as well. I'm so thankful to find people that are top notch in their craft, kind, professional, easy to work with and very fairly priced. Got a quote for clogged toilet. They arrived in 4 hours. Talk about FAST service!! Cameron & Luis checked my toilet and noticed I needed a new fill valve. They changed it, and the service was reasonably priced. Cameron has been with the company for 11 years. He is very polite and professional. Truly grateful to have Cameron and Luis fix my toilet.
