Best Plumbing Leak in Austin TX

Received a text with photo of who would be coming to my home. Jared called when he was on his way, arrived on time and very polite and courteous. Did a great job and communicated clearly work being done. Price was reasonable compared to some of the Other quotes received.

Had Byron and his tech come out to help us with 2 septic inspections. We used them as our second opinion before a home purchase.He went above and beyond answering our questions.They even came out a day before our set appointment knowing we were on a time crunch.I highly recommend Byron, he was incredibly thorough and really helped with our decision on the home and property we will be purchasing.Thank you for your help and all of your advice. Gilbert was great at communicating and very clear about his rates prior to coming out. He showed up on time with all the tools and parts needed for the repair and went over and above what was asked. He not only fixed the symptom of the problem but actually identified the root cause and proactively fixed that as well. I have dealt with a lot of service providers over the years and there are very few that I would put in the same category as blue dragon Plumbing.

Mike and Kyle came out from Capital City Plumbing to diagnose and repair a leak behind the wall of my shower. They were determined to find and fix the leak. They were very clear on the cost, and the damage to the tile and wall that were necessary to get to the leak. Good communication, quick repair, and they cleaned up after. What a great experience, and I don't know that I can say that for most service appointments. Thank you

Alex did a great job repairing a broken sewage drain pipe underneath the slab, which required tunneling. Very responsive and communicated effectively what was needed to be done.

Really got screwed with this one. Thunderbird was great and communicative until things became a hot mess. My house is from the 50s with terrible plumbing. I received multiple repair bids ranging from 5-15k and went with Thunderbird. I did all the repairs they recommended for my house. Unfortunately, when they fixed the initial problem it brought another problem to light- bad drainage. I left 4 voicemails over the course of 2 weeks with no call back. I found an active leak that I can't get them to fix, they were going to come out one day but no show-no called. I've requested warranty information 4 times but nothing. Dealing with bad plumbing is a pain as-is but, it's worse when the person that's supposed to be fixing it goes dark.

Had a water leak from an unknown location. They found the leak in my yard and repaired it. All work done in one day. They did leave my yard a mess, but they got the job done. The initial costs are not what you will end up paying. Costs keep adding up fast.

Mark came out today to replace a toilet for us. He arrived on time and the work was done quickly and efficiently. We needed a new flange and some adjustments to make the new toilet (we provided the toilet) fit. He also loosened a bolt for us that we have been unable to loosen that wasn't part of the toilet install. He went above and beyond! We're completely satisfied and will use Plumb Masters again when we need a plumber.

They did respond very quickly and the technician was able to arrive the next day. He was running very late unfortunately, and it totally screwed up the baby's nap time. The appointment was scheduled in a 2 hour window which coincided with the baby nap - unacceptable. We determined the pressure reducing valve at the water connection was failing, as the pressure was over 90 PSI. They quoted me $1000 !!!!! To replace a valve that costs $75 at Home Depot and takes maybe 30 minutes to replace. WOW - incredible... DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. I've received other quotes for $250, $375 and $425 and the local yokel handyman would do it for $175... unbelievable.

We have been using Johnny Rooter for several years. Today we had Robert for fix sink drain. He was excellent--- very professional, knowledgeable and quick to fix the problem. Very happy with their work !!
