Had a leak water pipe near the boiler. Had called other businesses first but when I explain where the leak is they all said no bc without asking they assumed it was the boiler. Called Radiant they were very helpful they asked for more details and thru their proving questions they determined even though the pipe was by the boiler it was not a boiler line. So I was sold already since they actually wanted to help unlike the other businesses they just wanted me off the phone. Their tech came out the next day on time. He was professional well dressed and well spoken explained the issues and gave me an actual estimate I agree to have it fixed and my issue is solved. Next time I will call Radiant for repairs.I will not waste any time calling local or other businesses that only want easy money and not work. Based on my experience I highly recommend Radiant! I had gone through three plumbers before one finally replaced my water heater (the one that replaced it was NOT A&T). When they replaced my water heater, they did something to cause my shower to stop working. After two weeks of no shower and many frustrating calls, I gave up on the plumber that installed the water heater.A&T was highly recommended by several of my neighbors at the condo complex I live in. I called them and told them about my problem. The gentleman on the phone immediately knew what the issue was (highlighting their experience and expertise!), and walked me through the fix on the phone in 30 seconds. He was very patient and didn't ask for any payment in return for the call.I've saved their number in my phone and will only use A&T Service Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

Chris was very good at what he does and really understood my issues and dealt with them quickly to make sure everything was good at my house before he left no matter what it took. We reached out to Jeff to install a new hot water heater. The process was simple, we sent him a few photos of the job site, he sent a quote. On the day he was supposed to arrive he DID arrive and completed his work without interruption. The new hot water heater looks great !

We had an unknown leak on our property since 2 weeks but we were not able to locate it. We received email from the city that we are consuming excessive water - 12 gph. But because the water leak was not visible anywhere, the process got very complicated. Each plumber had their own methods, some were invasive (poking several holes in walls, ground) and some suggested to reach out to leak detection companies. Though one of the plumbing companies suspected the leak spot, their estimate came to be too high $5K+.In this context, Johnny Rooter Plumbing attended us with care and they were extremely helpful. Their plumbers Mike and Bobby were extremely jolly, helpful and knowledgeable. They located the correct spot (under our concrete driveway) and with minimal digging, they were able to fix it. On top of that, they refilled the hole in the driveway and patched it up with matching concrete. Moved the dirt back into the other holes to reduce our clean up after the fix. It was whole day process but glad that we were able to locate the leak once for all and stop the water loss.We would highly recommend them due to positive attitude towards work, great work ethics, no arrogance, very down to earth demeanor and most importantly reasonable price. When others were quoting us atrociously, these guys did it 1/5 of it!

Had no hot water at night due to construction that the remodel company couldn't figure out but wanted to charge me $500 for a new pilot switch. Requested to Ben Franklin that someone come out the next day which they did and were able to arrive much earlier than scheduled. Dylan is very professional and pleasant to deal with. The issue was minor, and I was only charged the service charge. Very happy with tech and service and happy that I have contract with them.
