Byron was very knowledgeable about septic systems and therefore was able to fix our problem the next day.

I was having problems with my garbage disposal, Estevan came over and checked it out and was able to replace it and do it quick and clean. Will definitely recommend in the future to friends and family.

Hi this is Douglas LeDeaux, and am proud the say that todays service was great. It started with Brittany's wonderful customer service over the phone. She was a joy to speak with. The two techs that were sent to the house where awesome and very skilled. I would highly recommend this company.(I actually had a different plumber lined up to do the work and he stood me up after I had taken off the morning from work.He double booked jobs.I called Daniel's Plumbing, and they really came through to get the job done and they saved me a lot of money)

Sean came out asap (fitting me into his full scheduled day) to check out a backup in my bathtub and toilet which originated from my washing machine. Sean assessed the situation quickly, took care of the washing machine and contacted a restoration company who came out directly to begin the cleanup process. Everyone was calm and efficient which made the situation that much easier to deal with. Sean came up with a coupon to help defray his charge; the cleanup should be covered by my insurance.

Fantastic experience with A&T. Had a leak that was so bad that Austin Water contacted me due to excessive water usage. Called A&T at 2pm, they had it done, yes done by 6 pm. Great work. Everyone was friendly with a sense of urgency. Corbin and Corbin, Associates, as I came to call them, explained everything as it was progressing, and made sure to get a quote before starting any major work. Gabe & Nick did an outstanding job. They were careful with all the new floors in the house and bathrooms and made sure nothing happened. All the work performed was done perfectly. No other way to say it. When finished with 6 faucet installations, a pedestal sink installation, and a toilet installation they gave us a thorough walk through to show there were no leaks or issues with their work. We will be calling them back for future work. All of this was completed with a price that that was more than fair. Thank you for treating our house like it was yours.

they sent out a plumber not certified... so he couldn't perform the work.. dealing with the dispatch is a joke... suppose to have someone at my house the next day at 830am... no one showed up... I called and dispatch says all the plumbers are in a meeting and it will be a couple more hours ?? so you don't let anyone know you are going to be late several hours ??

They were great, highly professional and fixed my under concrete pipe leak faster than I thought it could be done. They also gave me advice on a future remodel and where and how to run my lines in the future to avoid the same problem.

They came out at 5 on Friday and were super friendly and very fair priced.

Alex was the best! He showed up after hours and took care of a issue that was quickly becoming an emergency. He worked to find the problem (not an easy task) and did everything necessary to get the problem fixed. He was courteous and easy to work with. If you have a clog, call Johnny Rooter

Unfairly high pricing for the service. Paid their service call fee and sent them packing. Just needed a simple kitchen drain unclogged and they wanted to charge over $320. I bought a $4 bottle of drain cleaner, problem solved. Don’t know how they stay in business while trying to rip people off. They will never be used at my home again and will highly recommend to others they use a different and more honest and fairly priced plumbing service.
