This was the first time I used Rooter-Man and I had a great experience. Curtis came to my house and vetted several potential causes of my problem, while walking me through all of the options he was checking. He was quickly able to diagnose the issue and fix it, which included digging out and replacing a part of my water pressure system in my front yard. He was helpful and thorough, and gave me random tips along the way as I'm a first time homeowner. Reasonably priced as well. I would definitely recommend!

Gilbert is awesome, very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Our garbage disposal clogged up 2 hrs before we were scheduled to fly to Montreal and he took care of it in no time! Definitely saved our travel plans and disposal. Just recently had him out again to replace a leaky sink basket was just as happy with his work! Our go to plumber!

I am a facilities director at an 80 bed hospital. I had a plumbing emergency that flooded 4 bathrooms and threatened to flood rooms throughout the hospital. Patrick at Roto Rooter was a professional throughout. He worked smart and methodically, brought in use of a camera and solved our problem before it became a much larger issue. He checked and rechecked to make sure that our issue was indeed solved. They landed on site quickly, their pricing was very fair, and their technician, Patrick, was awesome.

After our fifteen-year-old water heater decided to call it quits during a weekend (cold showers are decidedly no fun), we contacted 1st Home and Commercial Services early the following Monday. Drew got back to us promptly, and was able to come to our home the same day in order to disconnect and drain the existing unit. A team of two technicians arrived the next day with a new, 50-gallon Rheem unit, and were able to remove the old heater and install the new one in about two hours. We were very impressed with how quickly they did the job, as the water heater is located in the attic above our 2nd floor, and the old heater was heavier than expected due to years of calcification (our bad). This was our third time using 1st Home and Commercial Services (a shout out to Daniel for being able to install a j-trap assembly in our guest bathroom last year on short notice!). They've provided us with above-and-beyond customer service unfailingly, and we are happy to be able to add a five-star rating (with a blue ribbon!). Thanks so much.

David not only successfully replaced my toilet flange, a major accomplishment in my old house, but he walked me thru each step of his creative solutions while ensuring that all code requirements were met. He's not the first tech to work on this toilet, but I am confident that this is the long-term solution I needed. I highly recommend Moore and More Plumbing. Had no hot water at night due to construction that the remodel company couldn't figure out but wanted to charge me $500 for a new pilot switch. Requested to Ben Franklin that someone come out the next day which they did and were able to arrive much earlier than scheduled. Dylan is very professional and pleasant to deal with. The issue was minor, and I was only charged the service charge. Very happy with tech and service and happy that I have contract with them.

I will be using and recommending your plumbing company for as long as you provide access to such high caliber people.

I first used them on a major water leak on a Sunday of all things. they came out within the hour. Since used them on my job site 5 or 6 times and never have anything but excellent results.
