I can’t speak to the quality of their service because I Never received it. I called yesterday at around 10 AM with a plumbing issue. They told me they could send someone out between 12 and 6. We waited around for them them to show . We called a couple of times to see what the problem was . We were assured the plumber would be here once his current job was finished. 8 o clock passes, then 10 . I call again to leave a voicemail. No answer . Send an email. No answer. Call the next day and they haven’t responded or returned my calls. I get that after hours and weekends are tough to plan for , but not responding, not communicating and not showing up are unacceptable for any business.

Economy Plumbing Services' staff and professional plumber did an awesome job setting up and being on time with my appointment. The plumber who arrived at my house was Michael and he was awesome. He took the time to listen to what had been tried so far by ourselves and another company before accessing what the best route to take might be.The plumbing in this old house appears to be strangely laid out which caused some head scratching and problem solving. He also explained all of the options and why, which was very helpful because the other company had suggested a different route. It helped me also feel confident in my decision to move forward with his suggestion. I felt he was very professional, courteous, and honest. And best of all, It worked when nothing else had. It's a typical story, where you have something unexpected, decide to break. As usual, at the more inopportune time. A leaking water heater isn't something you want to put off fixing for long. So I called around and sent out the usual Yelp quote requests. A&T plumbing was not only the first to respond early in the morning but had the best response.Their prices weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but right there in the middle. But I liked the transparent pricing, availability, and good product (it had good reviews). Others were way overpriced or had no problem recommending another unreliable product.They came by as scheduled, replaced the water heater quickly and professionally. No more leaks and the water is hot. I recommend these folks as well as a water sensor! As that saved me from potentially expensive repairs due to it being located on the 2nd floor.

Nick came out the same day and did an excellent job. Very happy with the service.

Jamie and Jordan with Plumb Masters were fantastic. Our grinder pump went out over the weekend and I called Plumb Masters because I saw that they provide sewer repair services. Jamie and Jordan came out, diagnosed the problem (our pump needed to be replaced), contacted their supplier to find us a new pump, and installed it. They also did their due diligence to make sure the pump was working properly before they left. Plumb Masters is now at the top of my list if we ever need a plumber.

Bobby was extremely thorough when finding resolution for a possible foundation leak. He took the time to check all areas of the house, came up with a strategy to check for leaks and informed me of the process and potential costs.

I had a very positive experience with this company today dealing with a clogged sewer pipe. It was easy to set up an appointment, the plumber was on time, and he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and masked. Best of all, the price was very reasonable. Nice guys, but they advertise emergency service and can't provide it... if you need them at night, good luck - it is the next day.
