These guys are incredibly professional, responsive, and honest. Several folks at my complex used a different company to replace our tankless water heater that exploded during the winter storms and that company did not disclose that the flush valves were not replaced. S&D were called in to investigate continued leaking at our complex and were able to diagnose the issue immediately. They happily provided documentation for insurance purposes and took the time to explain things. Highly recommended.

Brady was great to work with on the AC consult. He was detailed in his findings and we are now setting up a follow up meeting with the Radiant sales rep to look into what our options are if we decide to replace the unit all together.Will post another review if we decide to move forward with Radiant to do the work. Gilbert is awesome, very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Our garbage disposal clogged up 2 hrs before we were scheduled to fly to Montreal and he took care of it in no time! Definitely saved our travel plans and disposal. Just recently had him out again to replace a leaky sink basket was just as happy with his work! Our go to plumber!

Be careful of this company!!! They don't guarantee any work, they well prepared to ask you pay them endless add-on fee until you realize and stop to work with them but you already lose a lot money. And they must get full payment at the same second when they tell you the services is complete although the complete includes they tell you they could not find the problem. They can not even wait 1 day to get full payment otherwise they would threaten you they would file police report for theft of service against you !!! That's my experience with them. I paid money to them without getting any results but some threatening. Worst company I ever seen !update:I see owner of Economy Plumbing replied that I refused to pay. He is lying ! The time order is this: first day morning that guy spent about half hour mainly by visual detect and told me water leakage was either in yard or in house and this service was complete(I don't give comments here if their service is joke or if they fooled me!) , then around same day noon I received their email of invoice, then same day afternoon they called me and I told them I would send check within 2 weeks. Then second day early morning they threatened that they must get money today otherwise they would file police report for theft of service. Then same day afternoon I talked with owner of Economy Plumbing and he continued threatening me , then on the phone I gave him credit card number and paid that money. Are they FOOLING customers? Is their service JOKE ? Since they send email for review , here is the review.

I had gone through three plumbers before one finally replaced my water heater (the one that replaced it was NOT A&T). When they replaced my water heater, they did something to cause my shower to stop working. After two weeks of no shower and many frustrating calls, I gave up on the plumber that installed the water heater.A&T was highly recommended by several of my neighbors at the condo complex I live in. I called them and told them about my problem. The gentleman on the phone immediately knew what the issue was (highlighting their experience and expertise!), and walked me through the fix on the phone in 30 seconds. He was very patient and didn't ask for any payment in return for the call.I've saved their number in my phone and will only use A&T Service Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

The work was performed in a timely manner. The workers showed up on schedule. It was a simple bathroom sink drain replacement. The cost was about $260 per hour plus an additional $800 to repair the drywall holes they cut to access the pipes including one hole that provided no access to the pipe in question.

I called several different companies for a toilet repair and angle stop fix, and Capital City Plumbing was by far the most communicative and responsive. They set expectations, and let me know a range of what it could cost depending on what the plumber found. They had a very competitive rate, and the plumber that did the work gave me options that would save me money, which was refreshing. I'm happy with the work and will continue to use them in the future.

I am a fan! We have complex water heater issues at our home related to the original construction. There was no easy solution. Jeff spent much time problem solving instead of just ripping open walls which would have been much more costly. He came up with a solution that works perfectly. Ted and Jeff fixed other items in our home as well. I'm so thankful to find people that are top notch in their craft, kind, professional, easy to work with and very fairly priced. Use caution, ensure the price quoted over the phone includes diagnostic! Don't make the $500 mistake that I did.I called Fast Plumbing after my water company detected a steady 10 gal/hr leak, most likely from a toilet not sealing. Melissa was very helpful and they were able to get the toilet fixed the next day. No issues with the quality or timeliness of the work.The problem is that over the phone we communicated that the repair would be $238. Melissa called me and I approved the charge once the plumber had diagnosed the problem- I even added a $20 tip because of how grateful I was with the quick response and repair. However, $798 was charged to my card. I called and Melissa explained that the additional charge was for the diagnostic and discovering where the leak was from. This price was not quoted over the phone.Home Depot and Lowes had both quoted me approximately $400 total to completely replace the old toilet, but i wanted to support a local company, plus I was under the (incorrect) impression that the end price to repair (not replace) the toilet would be under $300.Edit: we were not quoted for $125 service fee and $375 for the first hour of leak detection, per the owner response below. I already had a quote to completely replace the toilet for $400, why would I pay $500 to have a diagnostic? This makes no sense and looks to me like the company is trying to save face.Furthermore I also did not say anything about an $800 water bill, this is simply not true. No idea where that came from - maybe the company is getting us confused with another customer?

Have used these folks on a few occasions over the years and have always been happy. Good service, reliable and the work is quality. Most recently, Oliver came by. Good customer service, thorough, patient in answering all my questions.

Had sewer backup into both bathrooms on a Sunday, which means emergency fees (willing to pay them, but still.) 1st Home offers 24/7 service, let me know up front about said emergency fees, SERVICES DEL VALLE, and was able to dispatch Daniel in a timely fashion. He guided me through self-checking the cleanouts before he arrived; once he was onsite he asked me more questions about the nature of the backup and the circumstances behind it, before getting to work. Once Daniel resolved the clog, he spent time answering my questions about both potential end-of-life issues for our pipes, and ways to keep things clear until further, more serious examination can be scheduled. He was thorough, professional, and very good at explaining the whys and wherefores of blockage and how a future camera exploration might pan out in an accessible manner. I'd recommend 1st Home & Commercial to others, and would call them again.

These folks go the extra mile to make things right! There was a bit of confusion the morning of my appointment and Johnny Rooter was not able to come at the time that was scheduled on the previous day, and they made the extra effort to come out the same day after hours to rectify the issue. Not only was the issue resolved, but they made no hesitation to assume responsibility. Things happen, and they did what needed to be done. Can’t ask for anything more from a service company!
