Best Pipe Repair in Austin TX

My sump pump died at 12:30 and by 6:00 PM, I had a new pump installed. Superb response. Eric was a very capable plumber. Can’t go wrong with S&D

I was very satisfied with Rooter-Man's handling of a gas repair I needed. They were super responsive, on-time and nailed the results. Communication with them was safe with them giving you the name and info of the service tech ahead of arrival. Service tech Collen was really friendly and performed a gas valve repair exactly as needed.

Juan Martinez went above and beyond to fix our plumbing issues today! We had two plumbers come out before we called Juan and neither of them could fix the intense clog and blockage in our pipes. We have not been able to use our upstairs shower/toilets in over a week because of this. Juan spent several hours working and completely fixed the issue, explaining everything to us every step of the way. He was incredibly knowledgable and the only plumber that we've found that seemed to know what the true issue was in our house. He was awesome and saved our lives today!

Service was really courteous and professional from beginning to end, starting with the nice lady who answered my initial call. The plumber who actually came to my place was Mr. Benjamin himself, lol. He explained what he needed to do in order to repair my water heater. He made a few minor tweaks to improve overall efficiency. He also helped me with another unrelated problem while he was on site. Thanks very much!

They did a nice job installing my new HVAC but they do not offer maintenance services for the systems that they install which is less than ideal. They say they are too busy to do this kind of work.

We noticed one of the spigots in our backyard was dripping. Right before we were about to get a cold front, the drip got worse and turned into a larger leak. We were losing ~a bucket of water every couple hours.We called a few plumbers but they either didn't have availability to come out or didn't answer. Our neighbors referred us to Blue Dragon.I called Gilbert and he was friendly and professional. He asked for pictures of the leak and a quick explanation of what was going on. I sent him pics and scheduled a repair for later in the week. Luckily, Gilbert finished a job early that same day and was able to come out within a few hours. (Results not typical).He arrived and explained that we just needed to replace the hardware to stop the leak. He let me watch him work and ask him questions to understand the issue and the fix.Maybe next time I have an issue I will be confident enough to attempt a fix on my own. But I will probably just call Gilbert. :)

Brandon was a great technician (so far only great technicians have ever been sent my way by Economy Plumbing)! He was so very nice and polite. He took time to show me what was wrong with my clogged drain as well as point out some future things we may want to consider taking care of.I like their VIP membership program that saves us money in the long run since we have to flush our tankless water heater every year.The only negative is that they generally don't have emergency service on nights and weekends, but for 95% of our plumbing needs, it ends up being ok. I wish they partnered with another company for emergency service.Other than that, they are a great company with superb communication. I refer them to everyone I know that asks for a plumbing recommendation.

Corey & Jack came out and helped get me set up with my water heater issue I had after moving in. Huge help, will work with Reliant again.

They were the third plumber to come out and fix our problem. They fixed it immediately and their creativity saved us a lot of money. We can tell the quality of work is high and we will use them again!

Everything was great except I felt the price was a bit high. He gave us some good follow up advice though. The price was the only thing I was concerned with. They came on short notice which was important! Overall a good experience.

We are still waiting (it's 4:23) on a service call that was supposed to be between 10 and 2. Every interaction with the dispatchers has been rude and vague. This is the very first time that we've used Roto-Rooter. My husband and I are extremely frustrated and disappointed.

We reached out to Jeff to install a new hot water heater. The process was simple, we sent him a few photos of the job site, he sent a quote. On the day he was supposed to arrive he DID arrive and completed his work without interruption. The new hot water heater looks great !

Our normal plumber recommended Fast Plumbing. We thought we needed a new water heater. Jose was out and was extremely professional and honest. All that was needed was draining and taking out the gunk. We so appreciated his honesty and hope his honesty is a fundamental pillar of the company. Definitely our go to guy and company for larger repairs.

Ryan Spaulding came over to look at a leak we had in the waste and overflow of the bathtub. He diagnosed the problem pretty quickly (it was a bad gasket). He also tightened some bolts I didn't even know existed and gave me some maintenance tips that were very useful. He was a great guy to deal with, very helpful and honest. I'd definitely trust him and 1st Home & Commercial Services with the next plumbing job in the house. Thanks, Ryan!

I had a leak in our restroom and needed the kitchen sink augured so called a plumbing company. They fixed the leak and then I asked about the kitchen sink he said Oh... I'm sorry... I couldn't clear the line. WHAT??? So back to the internet. I always use small local family owned business and that is how I found Moore & More Plumbing. I scheduled a service call. David Steele showed up with his apprentice, Noah and he said we will try this auger. If it doesn't work then we will bring out the big gun. Well it didn't work... and neither did the big gun auger. Time to step up to the power jet. He came back with serious back up... David Moore showed up as well. They worked and worked and worked on our drain. There was no quit in there game. After several hours and making them late for dinner... our lines are cleared of the years of grease built up. I never write reviews this long... but I just wanted everyone to know just how awesome this company is. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Moore & More has a client for life. Chris came over in less than 20mins from our toilet overflowing and fixed the issue before we had any serious damage. He explained every detail and was very helpful.

When I called, an actual person answered the phone! They were able to send someone to our house right away to diagnose and repair our leaking water heater. Dylan was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We will definitely use this company again when needed!
