This company has low ratings for a reason. The lack of professionalism, competency, and expertise appears to be systematic in nature. I had such a horrible experience that I had asked that the manager of this employee call me. I was told it was Gary Hacker who is also an owner. As an owner of a company I would want to do everything in my power to ensure that my employees were treating people with respect, doing their job well and positively representing my company. Mr. Hacker never called.If the owner does not care then why should an employee?Do yourself a favor and find another plumber.

Very easy to get an apptmt and he came earlier than our apptmt time. He did not have everything to do the job and went to the store to get items he needed and finished the job. An hour or so later, it stopped working again. We called back to the office and said he will come back after his other jon. He fixed the other problem on the toilet and gave us a price break due to having to return. I would use them again.

Jeff is my go-to for plumbing in SW Austin. He did some water heater work for us and he didn’t mind my prying and asking questions (I am a knowledge junky), his pricing is excellent and even though he is busy, he tries his best to accommodate your needs. Ive also texted him for referrals and advice on brands and services and he has been super responsive!

We had a water leak in the front yard, and Fast Plumbing came out a few hours after I called. It was raining and very cold outside, but Mycol and his assistant fixed the problem quickly and everything was working even better than before. Very excellent service.

I had a leak in our restroom and needed the kitchen sink augured so called a plumbing company. They fixed the leak and then I asked about the kitchen sink he said Oh... I'm sorry... I couldn't clear the line. WHAT??? So back to the internet. I always use small local family owned business and that is how I found Moore & More Plumbing. I scheduled a service call. David Steele showed up with his apprentice, Noah and he said we will try this auger. If it doesn't work then we will bring out the big gun. Well it didn't work... and neither did the big gun auger. Time to step up to the power jet. He came back with serious back up... David Moore showed up as well. They worked and worked and worked on our drain. There was no quit in there game. After several hours and making them late for dinner... our lines are cleared of the years of grease built up. I never write reviews this long... but I just wanted everyone to know just how awesome this company is. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Moore & More has a client for life.
