A few months back, I had an A/C company clear out some pipes to the best of their ability bc my A/C was not working at my rental property. He said that this would probably continue to be an issue and to call a plumber if the problem came back up.I called Rooterman Plumbing and their front office (from the person that answers the phone to management) is top notch! Misty and Rick were responsive and extremely professional.Curtis Kurka is the actual plumber that came out to my rental property. Curtis worked tirelessly on the issue trying to find the path of least resistance.Ultimately, we had to replace all of the pipes because of how old they were. Curtis was VERY knowledgeable and eventually was able to fix the issue.More than anything, I need a company that is trustworthy and good at what they do. Rooterman is exactly that and I will be using them moving forward.Thank you to your whole team!

This is the third time using BenjaminBL Plumbing. Water pressure, dishwasher installation and 2 toilet installations….As long as I live in Austin, they will be my first call. We called because of the commercials. Everyone was friendly and professional from the young lady that answered the phone to Matt, who they sent out to clear a mainline drain blockage on a holiday weekend. Overall, the best experience we have ever had with this type of issue.

Honest plumber. Don’t waste time with others. These guys are great. They communicated well and gave me the best price I could find. They care about doing quality work. Hard to find a master plumber that cares and shows up to do the actual work. Well worth it to wait for these guys if you can.

Called Reliant becuase I wanted to have my plumbing inspected before winter! We called and spoke with Brooke and she informed us about their plumbing health check list they provide. We got a list of items to be on the look out for before winter comes. They were super professional and kind. They made sure to have mask on and did a through look around I will be calling tgem back out to start some of these projects !!!!!

I trusted this company and the person who was sent to repair the leak in the house. This company has cheated me with wrong advise. After spending $3K my leak was still happening and they wanted me to repair more stuff for another $3K. They ripped the carpet and everything in the bathroom which is now going to cost me more money to restore the home.The new/replaced plumber fixed the leak for $630 and he was shocked to see how much damage was done to the house. I called Roto-Rooter because I had some pipes backing up and 2 other companies basically brushed me off. Jen, the girl plumber, showed up to check everything out for us. It didn’t take her long and she had the problem fixed. In addition to completing the job, she was courteous and professional from the moment she got out of her vehicle. She went the extra mile to make sure everything was done and made sure I didn’t have any questions before she left. I won’t use anyone else as long as Jen is around!!!

They came out at 5 on Friday and were super friendly and very fair priced.

My sink and dishwasher backed up and I was able to get a same day appt which was amazing! Eric and Cobey came over and were super friendly and nice and fixed my problem within minutes and a very reasonable price. They also looked at my shower I was having problems with and gave me an estimate.Best plumbing experience I’ve ever had and will defiantly be using them again for all future repairs! Thank for making it so easy :-)

Came out to fix my slow tub drains same day!

Larry Baker was amazing. He helped trouble shoot a long standing problem with a tankless water heater system we have. We were not going to have hot water for the holiday, but thanks to his expertise, we will be able to host Christmas Eve WITH hot water!

Chris came out in March to replace two flush valve ballcocks in my toilets, replaced 2 old faucets w new ones in bathroom, and changed out the Roman tub faucet. He did an excellent job and gave me quite a bit of information when I asked him questions. He contacted me later to be sure everything was in good shape and even came back to tweak one faucet to be sure it was perfect.Very professional and knowledgeable

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.
