S&D was recommended to us by another plumbing company because we had a slab leak with CPVC piping. Melvin came out to look at the job and came up with a better solution to reroute the hot water feeds via overhead Pex piping. The Allstate adjuster who happened to be there at the same time thought this was a excellent solution. The Allstate adjuster also said the S&D job write up by Melvin was the best he's seen in all his years of working with plumbing companies! The S&D technicians, Esteban & Carson were out the very next day to do the overhead plumbing reroute. The quality workmanship, attention to detail, willingness to answer our many questions as well as to inform my wife and I of what was being done and why was incredible! I had an emergency on a sunday and this was the only company who didnt give me the run around. I was able to send them a video of the issue and they responded immediately. Other companies were not even open to watching a video of the issue which is so dumb. I was really happy with the company from the phone call to the actual person who came out. They will be the first people i call next time.

Replaced our entire AC system with them. It was expensive, but the service and quality that was provided was unlike any company we've dealt with.It truly felt like a white glove experience. Even the installation technicians were courteous and helpful.

Honest plumber. Don’t waste time with others. These guys are great. They communicated well and gave me the best price I could find. They care about doing quality work. Hard to find a master plumber that cares and shows up to do the actual work. Well worth it to wait for these guys if you can.

Eli from Mr. Rooter gave us a great estimate that was the lowest of the companies we met with. His work was high-quality. We will be calling them up again in the event we need anymore plumbing work done.

They were very polite and came to service my busted water heater same-day. But they quoted me almost $1500 to replace a 40 gallon water heater. That’s about $900 more than what one costs at Lowe’s or Home Depot, which seems like an egregious markup.

Bam Bam came out to investigate a possible water leak and he took the time to show us how to check for basic leaks and explained what he was doing in layman’s terms. He definitely knew what he was doing, and had patience with us asking him question after question, and was friendly. Bam Bam made my first experience with a plumber very positive and memorable. We will definitely be contacting Johnny Rooter and specifically requesting Bam Bam for all our future plumbing needs!

Brad came out to my house on a freezing December morning and replaced my owner cutoff valve at the street. He's super no nonsense, so if you're looking for touchy feely, go talk to the guy walking the plumbing aisle at Home Depot. He's done a couple of other jobs for me in the past, and I wouldn't call anyone else.

When I called these guys after a failed pressure regulator valve, they came right out. They made a quick fix and hoped that would resolve the issue, sadly it did not. Not their fault. Called Tommy the next morning and he sent the guys right out despite a full schedule and got us all fixed up. Our water pressure is better than it’s been in years! So thankful for these guys!!
