Great experience! From the first phone call to the final installation everything was installed ahead of schedule and very professional. Highly recommend.

Installed timed lights and doorbell. When doorbell did not work as expected, fixed it at no extra charge. Also spent time training me on how to program light timer.

Klock's was absolutely fantastic to work with. We had recessed lighting installed in three rooms, one of which had no overhead lighting prior to the new installation. Klock's was efficient, professional and stayed within our budget. They also provided great advice on placement of lighting, switches, etc.. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any electrical needs!

TERRIBLE!!!!! They were the fastest to respond to my email inquiry for a fairly decent sized job. The guy they sent out quoted about $576 for the job and I gave the go ahead. The scheduler, Tracy (I think it was) called to set the work date and left a message that it would be the following week, about 7 days out and for me to call back to confirm. I called back and Tracy was not there but the fellow I spoke with confirmed the Thursday first call appointment. We even discussed how since they're right down the road from my house that they should get to my home by 8:30am.On Thursday around 9am, after having taken time off work to be home, I decide to call them to find out if they are running behind. Tracy informs me I never called back to confirm; I told her I did and she very nonchalantly stated, well he didn't tell me. She then said the earliest they could reschedule the job was for 3 days later. I just told her to cancel the job.I was astounded at her nonchalant attitude, not even any offer to try and check with one of their tech's whether they might break free to do even part of the job. Any responsible, courteous, customer caring company would have at least tried that, or offered some sort of discount on the proposed bid.If they have a Don't Care attitude before the work is even started, imagine how shoddy the actual work must be.

Epitome of making things right. Tech came out and made a mistake, led to an issue the next day, but Cody came out late at night got our issue temporarily fixed and then stayed on top of it and had everything made right in less than 48 hours. The true test of a company is how they act when something does not go perfectly and what they do to make it right. Malco aced that test

Ruben R. of Bryant Electric Service was punctual, professional and provided the most efficient solution and recommendation for my electrical needs (needed a outlet on a wall in the garage for a refrigerator). Job was done within an hour so he was quick as well. Highly recommend using this company for your electrician needs .

They assisted in repairing an electrical issue with a patio fan. Immediately found the problem and fixed it in less than 25 minutes. They were very helpful. It was pricey for the minor work needed but negotiable. However, all around good work.

Barry has been such a pleasure to work with! We manage a community out in Manor, TX and it was having various electrical and lighting issues that nobody was able to fix for quite some time. Barry and the team at Beckett Electrical were able to get out there promptly and get everything up and running again! We now use them for all electrical issues within the community.

Great company to deal with

We had a major plumbing clog issue - it was late on a Saturday and they squeezed us in, got everything flowing for us, and the price was great even with their emergency call out fee it was reasonable! We appreciate them so much!
