Wow. Second time we have used S&D Plumbing and again they were terrific. The plumber who came here was knowledgeable and so courteous! He listened to me first, inspected the toilet and tried to recreate the situation, then evaluated the needed repairs, all quickly and efficiently. The work was done quickly too, but well. We will call on them again!

So happy he was able to solve the counter space issue I was having by permanently installing this portable dishwasher in my tiny kitchen in the cabinets below in just under an hour. Benjamin did two separate repairs for us. The first one was an emergency leak late on a Sunday night. He was at our door within 20 minutes of calling him and made the repair quickly. The second set of repairs were also done quickly and professionally. He also gave me some detailed information on other plumbing issues I was having free of charge. I highly recommend Benjamin and his team, they know what they’re doing and are on time.

We were very pleased with Reid’s knowledge, skill and helpful suggestions about the various systems in our house he worked on. We will definitely be requesting him for our future hvac and ac maintenance needs.

We got a Call back same day with good communication. The truck was dispatched as scheduled. The plumbers were professional and did the work we needed we will call again for our plumbing repairs at our house.

My water main broke and my water had to be shut off, which was a drag. Nathan and his crew went above and beyond the call to get my water main replaced. There was a scheduling issue with their regular digging crew. So, they rented the equipment and did the digging themselves. I could not be more pleased with how quickly they got the job done and my water back on!

We reached out to Jeff to install a new hot water heater. The process was simple, we sent him a few photos of the job site, he sent a quote. On the day he was supposed to arrive he DID arrive and completed his work without interruption. The new hot water heater looks great !

Javier was fantastic- he diagnosed the problem, trouble-shot some issues due to location/access of the faulty gas valve, and had it fixed same-day. The company handled dealing with the gas company to make sure they turned things back on that night. This was the best outcome possible for the repair needed.

They did respond very quickly and the technician was able to arrive the next day. He was running very late unfortunately, and it totally screwed up the baby's nap time. The appointment was scheduled in a 2 hour window which coincided with the baby nap - unacceptable. We determined the pressure reducing valve at the water connection was failing, as the pressure was over 90 PSI. They quoted me $1000 !!!!! To replace a valve that costs $75 at Home Depot and takes maybe 30 minutes to replace. WOW - incredible... DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. I've received other quotes for $250, $375 and $425 and the local yokel handyman would do it for $175... unbelievable.
