Best Installation Plumbing in Austin TX

We used S&D Plumbing for our water leak in the concrete slab. They have a great BBB rating and they arrived as scheduled. Ryan & Travis were able to quickly locate our leak and shut off the line and identify another problem that might have contributed to our leak. The following day, Carson and Coy arrived to run a new water line to our kitchen. They were very careful to be the least invasive to the interior finishes and replace the exterior valves. The crews were very professional and cleaned up the area when they left. We will use S&D Plumbing in the future.

Reid was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate that he came to diagnose our HVAC system the same day that we called for the appointment. He gave us multiple options to move forward with the repairs vs replacement and gave us time to decide without any pressure.

Pierre and team were timely, professional and didn't jerk us around with mystery fees and surprise charges. After being referred to A&T by 2 of my neighbors, I chose to get 2 quotes for our crumbling and clog-prone 54 year old sewer line repair work. 1 from A&T and another from a competing company. A&T was more in line with my expectations. I expected there to be delays and let them do their thing. It's done when it's done, and there were some hurdles with rock, etc, but the end result was completed professionally. Best of all, the team were very very responsive during the last mile, ensuring that things worked. Glad I chose them and will do so for future projects. I'd happily refer them to others as well. I had a sewer back up in my house . I had setup an appointment at 10:30 at night for 3-5 pm the next day. I had the water turned off to my house so I couldn’t use the toilets , shower or anything . They called me the next morning around 8 am saying they could be at my house in 15 minutes . They were very upfront on their prices before starting and worked quickly and efficiently. After clearing the blockage they ran a camera through the plumbing to be sure there were no breaks or anything . They gave me a great peace of mind .

The guys got hung up on a previous job, which I understand since my ex was a plumber his entire career. Despite the delay, the company was very communicative re: the lateness. And the quality and value of the service made up for it in spades :-) Friendly and knowledgeable techs went out of their way to ensure a job well done (and it was NOT a pleasant job!).

This was probably the best repair-related interaction I have ever had.L&P called me MAYBE three minutes after I submitted an Angi request. Unlike another company that contacted me later in the day, they provided best case and worst case quotes! Victor was able to get here EARLY, and diagnose, purchase parts, and install the fix with mind-blowing speed. He was totally willing to explain things, and the price was right on their best case estimate. It was awesome.

Jeff came to our house on time for a tankless water heater quote and explained everything very clearly. On the day of installation, Jeff and Ted did everything perfectly. Jeff is also very responsive for follow up questions. So far I am a happy customer.

Yesterday I found that the hot water heater in our condo had stopped working and water was in the catch can. Last time we needed a plumber, we could not find one who would come out in less than a week. I phoned Fast Plumbing, which had been recommended by a colleague as fast and professional. They sent a team of two out immediately, licensed and bonded. Professional, polite, quiet, and clean--Mycol Felan and his assistant, Cary, did a fine job of explaining options, filing a permit, replacing the unit at a reasonable price, and pointing out potential HOA problems. They also quickly took care of cosmetic plumbing problems in the master bath and inspected the water heater of our upstairs neighbor at our request. I'm glad to now have a plumbing company I can rely on.

Oliver and Kailum came to help us this week and they completed the job quick and effectively. I highly recommend these guys! David Delgado just came out and saved the day! He was extremely professional, on time, super friendly and took time explaining and showing me what the problem was with my hot water heater. Top notch and YAY I have hot water now!

They were very polite and came to service my busted water heater same-day. But they quoted me almost $1500 to replace a 40 gallon water heater. That’s about $900 more than what one costs at Lowe’s or Home Depot, which seems like an egregious markup.

They need to learn how to drive. One of their vans tried to hit my vehicle and run me off the road because they don't know how to merge.

From making the appointment to the actual service I received, everything was easy to understand and everyone I spoke to was kind and patient. Dylan was great- thorough and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be using them again!
