I called and they came. Rooter man, plumber David was very professional. He made recommendations. What I really like was the urgency of the company. I felt like my issue was important.David fixed not only my bathroom waterlines, he also fixed my sink stopper.I would recommend Rooter man to anyone who is looking for good plumbing company. The rate was very reasonable.

What a gem of a small business! Both Emily, who scheduled us within two days, and Benjamin, the plumber/owner, were so personable and professional. Benjamin was a wealth of knowledge and quickly diagnosed and remedied our issue. So psyched to have found a new, local, dependable plumber!

Brenden arrived on time, provided us with a reasonable quote and was ready to begin the work immediately. He took before and after photos so we could see the issues and his solutions. We can’t see how he could have done anything better than he did. His work was exceptional! My wife and I chose Radiant knowing full well it might cost a little more. You get what you pay for. Simple as that. We wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again. Thank you, Brenden, for doing such an excellent job under such demanding circumstances!

We have been using Blue Dragon for years - he is a straight shooter, and he and his helpers are polite and courteous in your house. In fact, we had him out to clear a drain once and while he fixed it, he showed us how to do it ourselves in the future so we wouldn't have to have him back out. That's integrity. So when we needed a water heater, we called him first and have been happy with the results.

Once again, Daniel’s has provided skillful service! Balde was thorough in his assessment of this minisplit system and managed to get a portion of the system operational. This was above and beyond our anticipated outcome for this initial visit.

Economy plumbing should be called exceptional plumbing. They were exactly that, thorough, courteous, and got the job done the day they said they would.

Fantastic experience with A&T. Had a leak that was so bad that Austin Water contacted me due to excessive water usage. Called A&T at 2pm, they had it done, yes done by 6 pm. Great work. Everyone was friendly with a sense of urgency. Corbin and Corbin, Associates, as I came to call them, explained everything as it was progressing, and made sure to get a quote before starting any major work. Identified the issue quickly and had the work completed within the quoted amount. Great work will definitely call again and recommend. Thank you Pierre, Corbin, and Corbin (Kevin)

Update 11/17 - 3 days later, sink is clogged again and now my faucet extension hose gets stuck half the times I use it. I'm done.Update: Alvin Santoy came back today. He explained that any time you take pipes out and change things, you possibly impact the seal of the sink. He rechecked everything and fixed the ptrap. So far so good. Thanks to Alvin for his responsiveness.Work was done to unclog drain and while here the plumber moved things around, rerouted the cord from the dishwasher to the garbage disposal and not sure what else. Besides the clogged drain, we had never had any other plumbing problems, no leaks, no issues with the garbage disposal. Suddenly, post the repair we have issues with the pipes under the sink and there is a lot of leakage. The plumber indicated there was a leak in the p-trap and provided an estimate for an additional repair on top of the $350+ I paid for the clogged drain. It just feels as if the work done to unclog the drain caused more issues as now instead of having water backing up in the sink I have water pooling under the sink in the wood cabinets.I sent a note to them to ask for a revisit and received a call from someone who basically told me it was likely a problem with the p-trap and that's why I have the water. But, again, I had no issues prior to the repair visit.Hoping they can resolve the issues. But must admit I was not a fan of the agent who tried to say the issues were due to me not adding on another service with Mr. Rooter.Stay tuned for update!

Got really quick service on a holiday weekend! Nick was efficient and gracious and answered all of my questions. He even gave me some tips on how to keep the kitchen drain line clear on an ongoing basis.

L&P was a breath of fresh air after dealing with 2 other plumbing companies that seemed scammy. Fabian and his team came out quickly, explained the issue and costs associated were very transparent and clearly knew what they were doing.I felt super comfortably putting my house in their hands. You get what you pay for. Like a lot of plumbers, they don’t ever meet their appointments and in a short time have provided awful customer experiences / gone completely dark.

I have an old house so everyone always want to replace all of the pipes but instead they took the time to assess the problem and fixed it and 1/2 the price of other quotes. The we’re fast, reliable and trustworthy. Thanks!!

Graham and Manny came out to flush the pipes after two incidents of sewage backup. The pipes are old and iron, therefore there was a significant amount of gunk and corrosion. They worked quickly and did a great job. Any water in the sink is draining faster than I've seen in the 2 years we've lived here and we haven't had any further issues. Thanks guys!

These guys are always so punctual. They don’t try to sell you something that you don’t need. Mark(Mock with his accent lol) was very nice and professional, as was his helper. I see myself using them for a long time at my house and rental property.
