I was very satisfied with Rooter-Man's handling of a gas repair I needed. They were super responsive, on-time and nailed the results. Communication with them was safe with them giving you the name and info of the service tech ahead of arrival. Service tech Collen was really friendly and performed a gas valve repair exactly as needed.

My exterior hose bib needed replacement so I contacted Blue Dragon Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon. Gilbert called me back that afternoon and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. Dang, how did I get by without these guys? I'd be pretty skeptical of any plumber claiming to be better than them. It's just so amazing how responsive and effective Mr. Rooter has been. There couldn't be any other plumber in Austin quite like Mr. Rooter.

The guys got hung up on a previous job, which I understand since my ex was a plumber his entire career. Despite the delay, the company was very communicative re: the lateness. And the quality and value of the service made up for it in spades :-) Friendly and knowledgeable techs went out of their way to ensure a job well done (and it was NOT a pleasant job!).

My experience with Fast Plumbing was incredible, I have found a plumbing company that is straightforward, reasonably priced, do not change price quoted and do outstanding work. When they say If You're Not Happy, We're Not Finished, it is no joke. Even though there was some unexpected development in the middle, they went all the way to resolve my original issue. And then when I asked for small follow up patch job, they replied with thorough high quality work that made me feel quite guilty. Customer satisfaction driven, I think they are built to grow. Highly recommended.

I would not recommend 1st Home & Commercial Services. They charged me $927 to fix a leak. Dug a hole 4ft x 12in x 18 in and replaced a one inch pipe about 18 inches long. It is my fault for approving this job. I should have sent them away when they told me it would be$500 to locate leak. Next time I will get several estimates.

Facing a late Saturday clog that was impacting the kitchen and laundry room. Called them. They answered with a live person. He took my information and told me he would call me when they had found an available plumber. A while later they called and said a plumber was located and is on the way. I swear as soon as I hung up the phone Stephen Lopez was at my door. And this guy knew his stuff. Attacked the problem through the laundry connection so as not to have to make a mess in the kitchen. Not only was Stephen knowledgeble he was also very friendly. Can't recommend AAA-Auger high enough nor Stephen. And seriously, for an after hours call it was very reasonable. All prices are printed in a book that was shown to me. While I hope to have minimum need for a plumber it is nice to know I have found a good one here in ATX.
