I had Gilbert replace my bathroom faucets and kitchen insinkerator last week. He was responsive right from when I first called him about his services. His rates are upfront and reasonable and he has a professional attitude. He also gave me some plumbing tips just as an aside. His work is quite satisfactory and I'd be happy to avail of his services in future.

Dylan showed up at the scheduled time, wearing a mask and ready to address my concerns. After assessing what I thought was a problem, Dylan assured me everything was good! He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need and didn't even charge me a service call! It's difficult in this day and age to find a business who is honest, compassionate and cares about you as a customer. This is exactly what Dylan portrayed. One of the showers in my house wasn't getting hot water. Economy was able to come out next day which was great. The tech was nice enough but they didn't tell me the fee to come out and determine what it was was >$300 (so just the diagnostic fee and not the fee to fix anything). If they had I probably would've called someone else. As it turns out it was just something that took a small screwdriver and the handle to pop off and a wrench to tune. It was done in about 15 minutes. I paid it of course (because they'll tell you after the tech has arrived but before diagnostics start at least) and the issue is handled so I thank them for that but just wanted to leave this note so other people can make the decision for themselves and shop around before a technician is in your house and you're stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Jason O came out to help us with a glogged kitchen sink and was very knowledgeable with giving us options to fix it that would fit in our budget. Would recommend to friends.

I live in a four Plex they’re working on now and they were supposed to do the work from 8 AM to 4 PM they didn’t show up until 4 PM and we’re drilling underneath my unit until 10 o’clock at night I have a 10-year-old daughter and they kept her up late when she at school the next day I was also without water and she had swimming that night and I was not informed they’d be there that late I also was left without water I was told he would be there at eight in the morning and I waited for him before I left and he never showed up completely unprofessional I would never hire this guy to do your work they do not take you in consideration nor your children and they do all their work late.In response to the owner no nothing worked when they left our plumbing still doesn’t work. They were requested and scheduled to be there during the day not the night get your story straight. If they were here when they were supposed to be maybe they wouldn’t have had people flushing the toilet since they weren’t supposed to be there at that time.

Everything was great except I felt the price was a bit high. He gave us some good follow up advice though. The price was the only thing I was concerned with. They came on short notice which was important! Overall a good experience.

We thought we had a leak so we called Roto-Rooter on a Friday.The serviceman they sent, Javier, was wonderful and thoroughly performed leak detection but did not find any so he requested for a follow-up for another team to come. The next team came and were just as thorough using high tech camera all for one service fee. Great service overall.

This is the company you wish every company was like. They are professional, conscientious, detail and quality oriented. They come no time and finish on time. They can do complicated jobs or very simple. We added a gas line and had general plumbing work done too.Don't even think about trying someone else. Use these guys. It will be done right and you will be satisfied for years to come.

Pipe broke and I thought it would be an emergency Sunday job. After I spoke to the tech on Sunday he told me how to stop the leak and they would come out Monday. They arrived at noon and fine within the hour.

Stepped up the challenge of fixing the water pressure in my shower. Showed up on time and reasonable prices (for a plumber).

Bam Bam was prompt, friendly, and FAST! He replaced my diverter valve and installed a showerhead in minutes. Having someone come in during social distancing quarantine was a scary thought but Bam Bam did everything possible to mitigate exposure. He wore a mask, left his shoes at the door, worked quickly, and was six feet away at all times. As a high risk person, I truly appreciated the extra effort!

The entire AAA Auger team was great in doing a complete re-pipe of my house following the winter storm. Jose was superb in explaining what needed to be done and his craftsmanship is stellar. From the excellent plumbing work to the inspection arrangements, they were incredibly responsive. Definitely recommend!
