We have been using Blue Dragon for years - he is a straight shooter, and he and his helpers are polite and courteous in your house. In fact, we had him out to clear a drain once and while he fixed it, he showed us how to do it ourselves in the future so we wouldn't have to have him back out. That's integrity. So when we needed a water heater, we called him first and have been happy with the results.

Mack was the supervisor I worked with directly, he was extremely fast in his turn around, and was able to work with the city of Austin inspectors to get my gas pressure tested and get me back up and running with little down time. Very reasonable rates considering they required 4 separate trips and coordinating with the city inspectors office. Great plumbing service overall

I had gone through three plumbers before one finally replaced my water heater (the one that replaced it was NOT A&T). When they replaced my water heater, they did something to cause my shower to stop working. After two weeks of no shower and many frustrating calls, I gave up on the plumber that installed the water heater.A&T was highly recommended by several of my neighbors at the condo complex I live in. I called them and told them about my problem. The gentleman on the phone immediately knew what the issue was (highlighting their experience and expertise!), and walked me through the fix on the phone in 30 seconds. He was very patient and didn't ask for any payment in return for the call.I've saved their number in my phone and will only use A&T Service Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

Due to COVID I’m still very pressed on money since I work in the service industry. Work isn’t full-time yet. Needed some toilet repair and these guys didn’t overcharge with petty fees other companies were pushing. Costs were in the hundreds of dollars for simple repairs, so no one wants to support those kids of platforms. I highly recommend this business for their affordable pricing and good craftsmanship.

I can't be happier today than right this moment with Capital City Plumbing & Drain. They swooped down like Iron Man and Captain America and saved my day. I left them a message in the middle of the night on Yelp, and not only did they follow up on the message, but they also called me back and found someone to come to my house immediately.Allow me a moment to rave and cheer over the phone call. That was a professional phone call. The lady who called me asked me proper probing questions, got my name and address, had a great follow-up, and sent me a text message and email with links. When she took my email, she even repeated it back, which is not something everyone does. She is an exemplary example of how to take calls for situations like this, and she deserves a raise. Unfortunately, I forgot to write her name down, and that's on me. Yet, I just found it a breath of fresh air given the morning I've had trying to find a plumber to help me.Hunter and Mike arrived, on time, well dressed, and were professionals. In less than 30 minutes, they had figured out what was wrong. This situation will require a follow-up, and I am looking forward to it. Who looks forward to future plumbing jobs? I had a clogged main drain at 6:00pm on a Thursday night. Logan came at 8:30pm and unclogged the main drain. The next morning Brian Meld came with a camera to see what had caused the clog! He found a pipe that had a hole in it!! My house is only one year old!! It appears that when they installed the fence post, they damaged the pipe. Brian sent me a copy of the video to send to the builder so they will repair it!!I am do glad that I called Roto-Rooter!! They did a great job and it seems to me they went above and beyond to help me!! Thank you Logan and Brian!!!

You get what you pay for. Like a lot of plumbers, they don’t ever meet their appointments and in a short time have provided awful customer experiences / gone completely dark.

Lee and the gang at Fast Plumbing have always responded quickly to resolve any plumbing need I've had. Recently, I had a garbage disposal installed by one of their new employees, Mycol, who was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of tips on how to use the disposal and prolong it's longevity, many that I was unaware of.
