My inside AC unit was leaking water all over and so I called Radiant. They were able to get a tech out to me same day and even worked with my schedule to accommodate a block of time where I had to be away from my house. The tech who came out (Mitchell) was super professional and also very personable. He was able to quickly assess the system and determine the probable cause of the water leak (blocked condensation drain pipe). He was able to fix it on site same day.I will be having Radiant service my system moving forward and would recommend them 100%.

We've got recommendation for Gilbert in our Nextdoor app, and we love him! Every time I called, he responded immediately. He always called before his arrival. He did a great job in installing a chair-high commode for us. He is very detail-oriented, super efficient, and also very friendly. Recently, he fixed our bathroom sink faucet due to a clogged aerator, and he didn't even charge us, stating that was too quick and easy. We are very impressed by his professionalism. I know he has a busy schedules, but I still highly recommend him, not just for his excellent skills, but mainly for his integrity and honesty.

We had a good pleasure of Michael coming out and helping us set up propane for our fire pit and outdoor griddle. He did a great job making sure everything was functional and working as it should. I will keep these guys on file for my Plumbing needs.

We called A&T because we noticed rust in our hot water. They sent Chris to our house and he was very professional. Chris looked at the rusty connectors on our water heater and he offered solutions to both repair and replace the unit. We opted to replace the 12-year-old unit and Chris did a magnificent job. His installation is a work of art and I appreciate his attention to detail and superb craftsmanship. We will use A&T again for our plumbing needs.10/12/21 update: the gas regulator on the new water heater is defective. The pilot light wouldn't stay lit. We called A&T and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue over the phone and they had a plumber over the next day to fix it. Great service.

It's a shame that I never called Mr. Rooter up until the last time I had a plumbing disaster going down. They showed up quickly, and got things cleaned up and finished up quicker than you could believe. The people of Austin are lucky to have plumbers like this in their midst. They're a gift to the community, possibly even better. :)

I have to admit, I’m not the best at taking care of household items. I’m not rough with them but I’m not great at proper care either. We had a badly clogged drain that we had let sit for a while. None of my attempts to fix it myself had worked. I called fast plumbing and they provided friendly service and they quick too.

I called 1st to help sort out a back flow test the city of Austin required. The whole process was fast, easy and less expensive than I originally thought. Dominic came out the day after I called and knocked out the test in minutes. He was professional, polite and good at his job. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended.

David not only successfully replaced my toilet flange, a major accomplishment in my old house, but he walked me thru each step of his creative solutions while ensuring that all code requirements were met. Not only did they clear the main line blockage for half what anyone else in town was charging, they came back out and cleared debris the city left after doing more repairs and didnt charge me a second time. They did it all quickly and worked with me on scheduling. Thank you!

During the freeze our outdoor tankless hot water heater busted. We called on a recommendation from a friend on Thursday and they were out Saturday to check it out. The water heater was a total loss, and availability was difficult due to the widespread freeze. Good Flow was able to secure a hot water heater and install the following morning. I have seen quotes from neighbors for twice as much as I was charged and Good Flow likely could have charged the same and got it due to the situation, but kept to their honest pricing. I will recommend and use them in the future.
