Cameron did an amazing job of replacing a custom flange that had seriously deteriorated. It required custom welding to ensure that the flange, and therefore the toilet, would be secure. The price was reasonable compared to competitors, the service was fast and educational and Abacus has done everything the right way from the start. I will only call Abacus for my future home repairs.

The estimate was very affordable for the work. We got Mark scheduled to come over and he was absolutely fantastic to install and explain the new system. If ever I need services for plumbing or anything else for my house I’ll be calling them again.

Requested an estimate for repairing the plumbing leaks under kitchen sink. Jeremy initially refused to provide, saying the it was unrepairable and insisting that the kitchen needed to be completely remodeled. (I already had one estimate for the job from another company) After some discussion, he reluctantly agreed to provide estimate. He also refused to take my coupon, which Ben at the office had said I could use when I made the appointment two weeks prior. Jeremy stated that Ben didn't know what he was talking about. Jeremy did take 15% off the bill. Summary - I spent $84 for 20 minutes of Jeremy's time for an unusable estimate.

Great services my bath tub was clogged and they came in to fix my bathroom, amazing plumbing skills and the expertise to explain each step of the repair was on point, they never moved forward without authorization and the equipment for the repairs was very professional as well. I will always recommend a job and give Damian five stars for excellent customer service
