I had two different services today in different property location. Technician, Dominic was very polite and gave me great solution in bathroom where water was leaking today.Technician,Daniel was able to clear the pipe in the kitchen sink and gave us details to take care of the old pipe we had. Both of them are very professional and polite. I highly recommend 1st Home&Commercial at anytime.

Jason T. was extremely nice and very professional. He replaced my old water heater, a very time-consuming process involving new pipes, vents, etc. Later he replaced a valve and gas line on my very old stove. He was very careful and patient on both jobs. An all-around good guy!

Last night I had a problem with my air conditioner, I called these guys and they came quickly and fixed my problem and helped me with the air conditioner that didn't want to turn on thanks for your help
