We are related homeowners and apparently there was an issue of extreme grease build-up in the pipe which led to backups and clogging in kitchen sink. The tech was very knowledgeable and was able to hydrojet our pipes taking care of the problem. We had 3 other plumbers come out before and the last 1 recommend Rooterman! AT&T plumbing were one of the few plumbing companies to get back to me. They were actually able to see me sooner than expected and offered me two solutions to repair a part or install. We opted for the install. The plumber who installed the unit was very friendly and knowledgeable when I had questions. When turning on the water i noticed a lack of pressure in the sinks. Dan the manager who is also very friendly came out the next day and helped solve the issue at no cost. I would recommend using them.

Dishonest. Charged me $50 just to come out to give me a estimate to auger my drain for the kitchen sink.Their estimate was 2x as much as the company I had come out afterwards.Be aware they charge $300 a hour with a minimum of 1 hours work.

Mike and Kyle came out from Capital City Plumbing to diagnose and repair a leak behind the wall of my shower. They were determined to find and fix the leak. They were very clear on the cost, and the damage to the tile and wall that were necessary to get to the leak. Good communication, quick repair, and they cleaned up after. What a great experience, and I don't know that I can say that for most service appointments. Thank you

tl;dr: great work, good prices, versatile - highly recommendedWe had a leak in our garage and water in our water heater pan. Unfortunately they were not related, it turns out we had a leak in our laundry pipes and our 18-year old water heater was giving up the ghost.We called our regular plumber but he was unavailable, so we called the references he gave us as well as some companies off Yelp like Thunderbird plumbing. Ted from Thunderbird seemed the most knowledgeable and trustworthy (according to Hope, who used to work with a lot of subs as an architect and a construction project manager), and surprisingly enough also had the cheapest estimate. (Some plumbers wouldn’t even do all the work we wanted, like installing a pressure relief valve).A few days later Ted came to do all the work, and it seems to be done really well. He even replaced our main water shutoff valve without charging us more than his original estimate.All in all, a great experience, well worth a 5-star rating.

They were very nice and fast however they are pretty expensive. Cost me over $2,000 to replace my hot water heater.

When they say If You're Not Happy, We're Not Finished, it is no joke. Even though there was some unexpected development in the middle, they went all the way to resolve my original issue. And then when I asked for small follow up patch job, they replied with thorough high quality work that made me feel quite guilty. Customer satisfaction driven, I think they are built to grow. Highly recommended.
