Best Faucet Installation in Austin TX

I had a very positive first experience with S & D Plumbing. I want to compliment both Zoe and Nicole for they manner in which they handled my phone conversations. Both showed great enthusiasm for their job and both were friendly, courteous, and professional and made me feel like I was important to them. I ended up having a new water heater and a new water softener installed and Jason and his assistant Chris were at my house about nine hours, working full throttle the whole time. They completed a first rate job, showing top notch professionalism and friendliness at all times. They cleaned up any messes they made and went out of their way to show me that I was an important customer to them. I've been burned a time or two by other plumbing companies; therefore, I will use S & D exclusively from this point on. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. Two thumbs up!

The technicians Nestor and Andrew were very professional and friendly. They arrived on time and installed my new AC/Heating System in a timely manner. Prompt, courteous and knowledgable response to a plumbing inquiry

Our tech was very helpful about everything. He thought something needed replacing that was an additional $600 to my estimate. I signed off on it. As he worked he found out it didn’t need replacement and was honest about not actually needing to replace it. Saving us $600. This honesty has now gained a repeat client and will be getting recommendations from me to everyone I know.

Pierre and his team are great. The few times I have had plumbing issues, A&T have been my go to. They are quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and honest.

Very professional and patiently answered all questions. To be brought up to code I had to have sheet rock installed and a vent added. They couldn't do that but they contacted a company that could. Highly recommend them.

Jeff came to our house on time for a tankless water heater quote and explained everything very clearly. On the day of installation, Jeff and Ted did everything perfectly. Jeff is also very responsive for follow up questions. So far I am a happy customer.

I called Fast plumbing to fix a clogged toilet. When the owner got to my house the toilet was flushing. I flushed the toilet and he checked the drain out front to verify water was coming through, he augered the toilet bowel, nothing seemed to be wrong. Fast plumbing charged me $218. 3 days later the toilet is clogged again, plunging it won't get it running. We were having the same problem. I called Fast plumbing to ask if there is a warranty.The owner said his work is not warranted. I asked if we take the toilet off if we can put the $218. Towards the labor he said we can work something out. I was an electrician for 15 years. I understand that a problem doesn't always occur when the technician shows up, I also understand you have to charge for your labor. I can't afford Fast plumbing.

Pipe broke and I thought it would be an emergency Sunday job. After I spoke to the tech on Sunday he told me how to stop the leak and they would come out Monday. They arrived at noon and fine within the hour.

Johnny Rooter came out and cleaned out our old plumbing lines that have tree roots growing in it and we were back in service. Quick service, reasonable price, friendly staff.

Jon was very professional and worked very efficiently. Once he completed one job (both bathroom faucets needed to be repaired), he made sure it was working well before going on to the next job. He also kept me informed as to what he was doing next. I will certainly consider calling Ben Franklin Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.
