Wow. Second time we have used S&D Plumbing and again they were terrific. The plumber who came here was knowledgeable and so courteous! He listened to me first, inspected the toilet and tried to recreate the situation, then evaluated the needed repairs, all quickly and efficiently. The work was done quickly too, but well. We will call on them again!

I had blocked septic pipe from home and Curtis from Rooter Man was outstanding in promptly coming and removing solid obstruction. He also is very knowledgeable about septic and plumbing. I will definitely use this company again if the need arises.

Service was really courteous and professional from beginning to end, starting with the nice lady who answered my initial call. The plumber who actually came to my place was Mr. Benjamin himself, lol. He explained what he needed to do in order to repair my water heater. He made a few minor tweaks to improve overall efficiency. He also helped me with another unrelated problem while he was on site. Fantastic experience with A&T. Had a leak that was so bad that Austin Water contacted me due to excessive water usage. Called A&T at 2pm, they had it done, yes done by 6 pm. Great work. Everyone was friendly with a sense of urgency. Corbin and Corbin, Associates, as I came to call them, explained everything as it was progressing, and made sure to get a quote before starting any major work. Service do bad to the point we had several thousand in damage after daily and hourly promises they were in route at least they called after the target time to say they can't make it ...it took 5 days and a explosive phone call to get a poor response and two follow upcalls because of poor communication. Shannon and Chad should be fired very poor service the word professionals will never be in any sentence with there names,,,ever

Really got screwed with this one. Thunderbird was great and communicative until things became a hot mess. My house is from the 50s with terrible plumbing. I received multiple repair bids ranging from 5-15k and went with Thunderbird. I did all the repairs they recommended for my house. Unfortunately, when they fixed the initial problem it brought another problem to light- bad drainage. I left 4 voicemails over the course of 2 weeks with no call back. I found an active leak that I can't get them to fix, they were going to come out one day but no show-no called. I've requested warranty information 4 times but nothing. Dealing with bad plumbing is a pain as-is but, it's worse when the person that's supposed to be fixing it goes dark.

In short too expensive and went with Clark Kent instead. Spent over $1000 testing for a leak when I called for a leak near my foundation with obvious signs of water. They never found it so planned to come back for another $1000 day. The tech never wore a mask and came down with a “viral infection” so they couldn’t show back up. Good thing I called Clark Kent Plumbing in advance. This plumber started to dig right away, found the leak and patched it all before noon. It was half the price.
