They explained our options for a toilet, and immediately went back and returned with the toilet we had chosen. They installed the toilet efficiently and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend them.

Matt was super thorough getting my kitchen sink draining again, and as it happened, the fence installers broke our water main while he was cleaning out the years of grease (and eggshells?!) of I hope the previous owners. He ran to the store, got parts, fixed the water main, fixed the sprinkler line, did a flush and pressure test, finished cleaning out the kitchen drain line, and even swept and mopped my kitchen before calling it a long day. Same day service, too. Phew!

Gilbert was great at communicating and very clear about his rates prior to coming out. He showed up on time with all the tools and parts needed for the repair and went over and above what was asked. He not only fixed the symptom of the problem but actually identified the root cause and proactively fixed that as well. I have dealt with a lot of service providers over the years and there are very few that I would put in the same category as blue dragon Plumbing.

Justin S was great. Very knowledgeable. Our other plumber made some mistakes, and didn't even have any idea how to get parts of fix part of it. Daniel's fixed the worst of it over the weekend, and followed up, exactly as Justin had promised.

Gabe & Nick did an outstanding job. They were careful with all the new floors in the house and bathrooms and made sure nothing happened. All the work performed was done perfectly. No other way to say it. When finished with 6 faucet installations, a pedestal sink installation, and a toilet installation they gave us a thorough walk through to show there were no leaks or issues with their work. We will be calling them back for future work. All of this was completed with a price that that was more than fair. Thank you for treating our house like it was yours.

I am a fan! We have complex water heater issues at our home related to the original construction. There was no easy solution. Jeff spent much time problem solving instead of just ripping open walls which would have been much more costly. He came up with a solution that works perfectly. I had a leak in our restroom and needed the kitchen sink augured so called a plumbing company. They fixed the leak and then I asked about the kitchen sink he said Oh... I'm sorry... I couldn't clear the line. WHAT??? So back to the internet. I always use small local family owned business and that is how I found Moore & More Plumbing. I scheduled a service call. David Steele showed up with his apprentice, Noah and he said we will try this auger. If it doesn't work then we will bring out the big gun. Well it didn't work... and neither did the big gun auger. Time to step up to the power jet. He came back with serious back up... David Moore showed up as well. They worked and worked and worked on our drain. There was no quit in there game. After several hours and making them late for dinner... our lines are cleared of the years of grease built up. I never write reviews this long... but I just wanted everyone to know just how awesome this company is. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Moore & More has a client for life. Dylan with Ben Franklin plumbing was amazing and so knowledgeable and patient with us regarding our issue. Being new home owners we are learning a lot about our house and we just had a crash course in sewer plumbing. Dylan was quick, assessed the issue, provided us with great information and things to look out for, etc. He resolved our issue quickly and we also had him quote more plumbing items we need to fix sooner than later. I can rest easy now that my issue is fixed and learned a ton in the process.
