This is our second time working with S&D plumbing and it was wonderful! He was kind, professional and made great suggestions for the replacements we needed. It was a big job, but he did great and made sure I felt comfortable and understood all the options and fees. We’ll definitely be calling them again if we have any further issues.

My gas water heater went out and wouldn't re-light. I thought I was doing what the youtube videos showed but evidently I hadn't set the gas high enough to light it. He came promptly and lit the heater and did not charge since it was too simple. Rooter-Man is my new go-to company! Thanks so much!

I had a new HVAC unit installed in June 2022. As the outside temperature was so high, they did not test the furnace other than to see if it would light. With the cold front that came on Nov. 11, I tried to turn on my heat for the first time. Within moments of the furnace starting, it automatically cut off. A technician came out the next day and diagnosed a bad mother board on the brand new furnace. Despite his efforts that day, the furnace has not lit even briefly since then.I'm now on day 4 with no heat while I await a new mother board. I have not been advised when that will arrive and as of today was told it may be days. Had the furnace been fully tested upon installation, I would have expected that the defective unit would have been immediately replaced with one that worked. Instead, I am without heat during an extended cold front with temps in the 30's to the 50's. I can't fault Radiant for a defective unit from the factory, but I do find fault with the timely resolution of my issue.Radiant did drop off one oil-filled radiant heater which is barely enough to warm one room much less my 2000 sqft house. I'm having to reconsider the 5 stars I gave Radiant back in June.

Fast and on Time, Professional Quality work, Friendly and Pricey

$125 fee just to drive out to the property we’re under contract with. A miscommunication with the seller resulted in no one being home. A fee for time and expenses is understandable, but this amount is just ridiculous. Absolute rip-off.And no, you did not advise me of the fee because I didn’t book the appointment. My realtor did. So that’s just a lie.

Just had Chris from A&T come out to look at my toilets. He was very kind and professional. He found the issue I was having with one of the toilets and then rebuilt another toilet for me. Did it in a timely manner, and stuck around to make sure everything was working with me. He also took the time to answer several unrelated plumbing questions I had including checking out the shower drain. I haven't had a lot of plumbing work done, so I don't know pricing well, but I thought it was a fair price. I will be using A&T again for whatever my next plumbing need ends up being.

I had a different company come out to give me a quote on what they thought needed to happen but wouldn't be available to repair for several days. I called Rooter plumbing and they were able to send someone that evening. The tech Tommy was very informative and made sure I understood what his recommendations were. He went over all options and gave me prices for everything. He was able to come out next day and start working on it. He called me with an update and informed me of next step and what his recommendations were and made sure we were on same page of what should happen next. He was very helpful and would recommend Mr. Rooter plumbing to everyone.

I called several different companies for a toilet repair and angle stop fix, and Capital City Plumbing was by far the most communicative and responsive. They set expectations, and let me know a range of what it could cost depending on what the plumber found. They had a very competitive rate, and the plumber that did the work gave me options that would save me money, which was refreshing. I'm happy with the work and will continue to use them in the future.

Showed up on time, and went right to work. They fixed our problem and were done with the entire job in less than an hour. I can't say enough about how Joe and Brian were able to think outside the box and solve our unique plumbing issue. Great guys; and terrific communication from Jennifer in the office. Jeff and his cohort were kind, educational, and friendly. They solved the problem quickly and were willing to check another problem I have been trying to isolate. Jeff even helped remotely to prime the water heaters after the propane ran dry! Exceptional service!

In short too expensive and went with Clark Kent instead. Spent over $1000 testing for a leak when I called for a leak near my foundation with obvious signs of water. They never found it so planned to come back for another $1000 day. The tech never wore a mask and came down with a “viral infection” so they couldn’t show back up. Good thing I called Clark Kent Plumbing in advance. This plumber started to dig right away, found the leak and patched it all before noon. It was half the price.
