I had a simple issue with my toilet, and Benjamin came to fix it. He was courteous, respectful, and got the job done. He even discovered another issue with mineral buildup in one of the tank lines and fixed that, too. Overall, I’d ask for his services again if another plumbing issue arises.

Jesse and Zak were very friendly and helpful in explaining the options available. They arrived when expected and left a clean work space, always remembering to install booties before entering the house. It was also nice to be notified in advance of the visit and to be sent a text of the tech coming out; I appreciate these touches. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend the company.

Mr. Talmadge from Economy Plumbing was on time and fixed the garbage disposal system right away. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We’ve called on them 3 times in the past and we’re always very happy with their service and price fees. Will call on them again.

I had been without hot water for three days. Pierre drove to inspect it within 2 hours of my call, and he was able to get it turned back on! The water heater needs to be replaced, but he was able to get me back up and running!

I'm too busy with a job that has me spend a lot of time traveling around Austin to do my own home repairs, so I called Mr. Rooter when my kitchen sink stopped working. They sent a guy over, I left for work, and came home to find the sink working. So in my book, they did a great job! :)

Gabe & Nick did an outstanding job. They were careful with all the new floors in the house and bathrooms and made sure nothing happened. All the work performed was done perfectly. No other way to say it. When finished with 6 faucet installations, a pedestal sink installation, and a toilet installation they gave us a thorough walk through to show there were no leaks or issues with their work. We will be calling them back for future work. All of this was completed with a price that that was more than fair. Thank you for treating our house like it was yours.

While on the highway in bumber to bumper traffic, I got flicked off by someone who also proceeded to cut me off with no blinker in a L&P plumbing truck. This caused the truck to then be stuck right in front of me in traffic for me to get all of the L&P information from the back of his truck. This truck also had a Planet K sticker so you know whoever drove this truck is a pot smoker probably high on the job. License plate JWH0151. I know I will never be contacting this company for any plumbing services and will make it a point to let people know of their unprofessional behavior.

I called this company on January 27th and the arrived on time to unclog my kitchen sink. 5 days later it started to clog again so I called the technician and he told me that since it was not clogged all the way warranty would not apply. I sent an e-mail to them and they replied promptly and told me the were going to send somebody to my house on Tuesday February 7th around 1 Pm to handle the issue. I took my lunch hour and went home and they didn't arrive so I call them and they said the were behind and they will make it home around 3PM, told them that was not an option for me as I had to get back to work. We then agreed they were coming out after 5pm, I told them specifically that I get out of work at 5pm an that it takes me 20-25 minutes to make it home. Well, they showed up at 445 pm knowing I was not at home and they left shortly before I arrived home, My son told they rang the bell but they did not call me on my cellphone, I called the tech and he confirmed he had just left my house and said he could not return due to traffic. things happen right? so I asked him if he could home the next day(yesterday) and he agreed. he told me it would have to be during business hours so I told him I could be at home by 425-430 pm and he told me he would be there, so yesterday I worked 7 am to 4pm instead of 8-5 pm to be at home for the technician and he did not show up. I sent an e-mail and the reply was we went to your home yesterday and you were not there so you have already missed the free warranty trip that we allow. nobody even bother to call me yesterday during the day to let me know they were not coming. I cooperated every time and they never even acknowledged or mentioned the fact that I was at home as agreed initially during my lunch hour and they missed it. I had high hopes on this company and they failed me. Stay away from them!!

Showed up on time, and went right to work. They fixed our problem and were done with the entire job in less than an hour. I can't say enough about how Joe and Brian were able to think outside the box and solve our unique plumbing issue. Great guys; and terrific communication from Jennifer in the office. Best plumbing company I've used, will definitely be calling them next time.

Daniel came out to fix a leaky valve and was great. He was timely, quick, professional, explained everything in detail, took a look at a few other issues and made some great recommendations. Couldn't ask for better service.

Stepped up the challenge of fixing the water pressure in my shower. Showed up on time and reasonable prices (for a plumber).

We had an unknown leak on our property since 2 weeks but we were not able to locate it. We received email from the city that we are consuming excessive water - 12 gph. But because the water leak was not visible anywhere, the process got very complicated. Each plumber had their own methods, some were invasive (poking several holes in walls, ground) and some suggested to reach out to leak detection companies. Though one of the plumbing companies suspected the leak spot, their estimate came to be too high $5K+.In this context, Johnny Rooter Plumbing attended us with care and they were extremely helpful. Their plumbers Mike and Bobby were extremely jolly, helpful and knowledgeable. They located the correct spot (under our concrete driveway) and with minimal digging, they were able to fix it. On top of that, they refilled the hole in the driveway and patched it up with matching concrete. Moved the dirt back into the other holes to reduce our clean up after the fix. It was whole day process but glad that we were able to locate the leak once for all and stop the water loss.We would highly recommend them due to positive attitude towards work, great work ethics, no arrogance, very down to earth demeanor and most importantly reasonable price. When others were quoting us atrociously, these guys did it 1/5 of it!
