We've used Clarke Kent Plumbing for years and they're great - really responsive and thorough and polite. Most recently we had a plumbing emergency and they totally too care of us. We called in on a weekend and Krista called us right back and worked some magic to rearrange their schedule so someone could come out quickly. Juan came by in a van and diagnosed the problem, cleared the blockage and ran a high tech camera down the line to identify exactly where the problem was so we could call the City to have it fixed. These guys are the plumbers in Austin to call when you need your problem fixed and don't want to mess around.

Quick service and response. They contacted us about half an hour after sending in an inquiry. They were very friendly and did great work!

Gilbert is the best. As a young new homeowner, he takes time to explain things to me and does not try to overcharge me on things I don't need when he completely could. I am so happy to have found him, and I highly recommend him! He also loves dogs.

Needed s plumber right away during holidays. Had a foundation leak, to save money went with a handyman that said he knew what to do. He jackhammered from garage to living room and then left saying he was in over his head. No plumber from the home advisor list would even consider coming over after I told the what happened. Went to Yelp, found Daniel’s with great reviews and called. Ashley listen to my story and I just broke down. She had Daniel himself out that afternoon. He was very calming and said, “we can fix this”. He had a crew out the next day and they fixed it that day!!! Daniel’s is where I will always go from now on and you should too. You would be very impressed. I learned, from Daniel, 3 things you DON’T use handymen for.... Plunbing, Electrical and AC. An expensive lesson, but I am glad I learned it! CallDaniel’s!… update.. had to have a valve replaced prior to hooking up a refrigerator and again Daniel’s was able to send someone in a reasonable amount of time ( was not emergent).. Drew came this time. Was a wonderful person, got the job done with no problems. Daniel’s is all good. Will continue to use them and oh how the company has grown! That tells you something right there.

I've used Economy Plumbing Services in the past for preventive maintenance on my water heater. The technician, Talmage, provided exceptional customer service the couple of times he came out. It was obvious that he cares about customers and wants them to be completely satisfied. He also took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and to give me tips about future maintenance I could do on my own. I can't speak to the cost since I didn't get any other quotes; however, in general, ALL plumbing companies charge more than I would like to pay. :)

Pierre’s staff are top quality, from the project manager to the installation workers.We had a situation involving old water tanks that could not easily be removed from our attic.Not only did one of the guys, who had prior experience on a frame crew, warn me off of making a significant mistake regarding a demo idea I suggested as a way to get the things out, they also cheerfully set them up again after initially draining, so that we could have water until a remedy was decided.The remedy was a Rinnai Tankless water heater.We also researched Navien and can safely say either brand is a good choice.We had been aware of the tankless option but skeptical. We shouldn’t have been. It is operating perfectly, and the savings on our energy bill are tremendous. Many other features like the smartphone app to remotely control it and the latitude they give you over parameters - regarding max heat temps for example - are persuasive examples of why you should try tankless.Regarding A & T itself though, particular recognition must go to Don, a supervisor and on-site coordinator - and his team, Drew and Daniel.These guys are pros. They can solve problems.They are available during early and odd hours, when the inevitable kinks have to be worked out. They gave us a great price.Going forward, we will be taking our all of future business there, be it mundane yearly checks, or major work.

We had a hot water leak coming out of our wall and they helped shut off the water and repair the issue. It did take a series of (3) trips as the first trip was to shut off the water, 2nd trip for leak detection and 3rd for the final repair. My only complaint is I wish they could have done the shut off and the leak detection in the same visit. Otherwise, great service and quality work.

Got really quick service on a holiday weekend! Nick was efficient and gracious and answered all of my questions. He even gave me some tips on how to keep the kitchen drain line clear on an ongoing basis.

I'm very satisfied with the service provided. Although it was rescheduled several times I was contacted each time with explanation. Finally, Jose and Jesus were available and quickly identified the problem. They came prepared, well equipped, acted courteously and professionally, explained the best solution, and fixed the problem quickly. The price was also competitive in comparison to other quotes. I recommend their services to anybody interested.

I have used Thunderbird Plumbing twice so far, and both experiences were great. Once for installing a water shutoff valve for a refrigerator, and the other to replace a PRV. They are responsive and gave very reasonable quotes over the phone and provided top quality work, as well as being super friendly and knowledgeable. I will be calling on them again for future needs.

Eric and Sparky were great! They were able to locate and fix the leak in my drain which required chiseling a tunnel thru the concrete foundation and dirt. It was a 3 -day process! They both had great attitudes despite the back breaking work that it took. They also kept the work area clean. Highly recommended!

Derek and Avery came out and took care of a bad clog in the main drain that was backing up my sink. I tried just about everything but to no avail. They were very thorough, professional, and were more than happy to answer the questions I had regarding maintaining pipes and plumbing in general. Good job guys!
