Service was really courteous and professional from beginning to end, starting with the nice lady who answered my initial call. The plumber who actually came to my place was Mr. Benjamin himself, lol. He explained what he needed to do in order to repair my water heater. He made a few minor tweaks to improve overall efficiency. He also helped me with another unrelated problem while he was on site. Unbelievable service! They came same day when we had a crisis within 30 min of me calling! Chris was super nice, explained everything so we could understand, and looked for every way to save us money! He could have taken advantage of our situation because we were desperate, but he saw an opportunity to help. I would recommend Radiant 100 times out of 100. So glad they came and saved the day!

We noticed one of the spigots in our backyard was dripping. Right before we were about to get a cold front, the drip got worse and turned into a larger leak. We were losing ~a bucket of water every couple hours.We called a few plumbers but they either didn't have availability to come out or didn't answer. Our neighbors referred us to Blue Dragon.I called Gilbert and he was friendly and professional. He asked for pictures of the leak and a quick explanation of what was going on. I sent him pics and scheduled a repair for later in the week. Luckily, Gilbert finished a job early that same day and was able to come out within a few hours. (Results not typical).He arrived and explained that we just needed to replace the hardware to stop the leak. He let me watch him work and ask him questions to understand the issue and the fix.Maybe next time I have an issue I will be confident enough to attempt a fix on my own. But I will probably just call Gilbert. :)

Carlos was a true professional and very knowledgeable. We spoke about his company, what other services that they provided. After he fixed our leak we signed a monthly membership and will be scheduling home improvements through them.

We were very impressed with the work done! Talmadge was awesome - he explained step by step what he was doing, was careful with our property, and worked willingly and cheerfully in a tight space, and saved us a lot of money by rebuilding our water heater (which wasn’t a walk in the park). Well, I am very, very, very, VERY impressed. I had to have a lot of work done on a property I plan to lease. That meant painters, electricians, cleaning, and, of course, plumbers. Out of all the plumbers in Austin, I happened to call Mr. Rooter, and lucky me: I called the best! :) They tackled a difficult and extensive job and finished it up wonderfully and speedily. I'll be ready to lease in no time!

We had a leak in the underground water line between the meter and the house. The repair was done fairly promptly though I did feel the $950 cost was excessive. The frustrating part was the conflicting information provided by the dispatchers. When I initially contacted RR I was told that I would not have to be present when the plumber showed up. This is a rental property about an hour away from my home and all the work would be outside the house. On the day of the service the dispatcher called to say that the plumber was on site but no one was answering the door and that someone needed to be there. I told her it would take me at least an hour to get there so the plumber was redirected to another job. When I arrived at the site I called the dispatcher and was told it would be another hour or so. The plumber had left a business card in the door so I called him directly.He said he had seen where the leak was and quoted the $950 repair cost which I paid with a credit card. He told me I would not have had to there at all. In short, I wasted 3 hours, gas and wear and tear on my vehicle and had to cancel a doctor's appointment - all totally unnecessary.

Calling L&P was a total disaster of an experience. They told me they'd send somebody between 1 and 3pm. When 3pm came and passed they never came. Instead I got a we'll get there when we get there. Instead of showing any respect for me and my schedule they told me to screw off and and hung up the phone. Now I'm scrambling to get my burst pipe fixed.

Highly recommend. Jeff Plunkett of Thunderbird Plumbing was referred to me by a friend.Punctual, communicative, charged what he quoted, ; professional, very pleasant, guarantees his work and left the site clean and orderly.Can't get better than that!

Eric and Sparky were great! They were able to locate and fix the leak in my drain which required chiseling a tunnel thru the concrete foundation and dirt. It was a 3 -day process! They both had great attitudes despite the back breaking work that it took. They also kept the work area clean. Highly recommended!

They do not like to get dirty. Sewage back up at Apts and they said it was icky and refused to work on it. Said it wasn't sanitary poor babies lol. Call real plumbers!

As usual, they promptly confirmed my appointment, the first technician and electrician at my house within an hour! Heating fixed, warm house now! Superior service every time I have used them and I have used him at least 10 times.

I had a leak in our restroom and needed the kitchen sink augured so called a plumbing company. They fixed the leak and then I asked about the kitchen sink he said Oh... I'm sorry... I couldn't clear the line. WHAT??? So back to the internet. I always use small local family owned business and that is how I found Moore & More Plumbing. I scheduled a service call. David Steele showed up with his apprentice, Noah and he said we will try this auger. If it doesn't work then we will bring out the big gun. Well it didn't work... and neither did the big gun auger. Time to step up to the power jet. He came back with serious back up... David Moore showed up as well. They worked and worked and worked on our drain. There was no quit in there game. After several hours and making them late for dinner... our lines are cleared of the years of grease built up. I never write reviews this long... but I just wanted everyone to know just how awesome this company is. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Moore & More has a client for life. They need to learn how to drive. One of their vans tried to hit my vehicle and run me off the road because they don't know how to merge.
