Phone lady knew what she was talking about, made an appointment on Friday for the next Monday to unclog main line. She called back, and told me one of their men were on the way early due to a cancellation.The technician worked diligently for about a half an hour and cured our problem.It was a bit more than five years ago, but worth it due to the prompt result!

Excellent service, they came out about an hour after I called (faster than expected AND all other places I called couldn't send anyone until next day or later!), fixed the problem easily, and kept me informed at all times about what the issue was. Rusty and his crew were very nice and courteous as well. Would definitely recommend to others!

I called A&T services to replace two 27 year old water heaters in my home. I wanted to install tankless water heaters and Pierre sent me a quote. The quote seemed brief and non-descriptive to me so over the weekend we emailed back and forth. I asked a number of questions and he answered them. I researched the water heaters they would install and discovered they were probably the best on the market. A&T came the day they promised and installed both heaters and had them both operable that day. The price was as quoted with no add ons and was less than 1/3 the price I was quoted by a competitor. I will use A&T in the future for all my plumbing needs and will highly recommend them to anyone needing a great plumber for a reasonable rate.Perry Marlow

I didn’t get his name but he unclogged our drain and then cleaned our sink. He didn’t have to do that. I thought that was so nice. He also gave us some pointers on how to keep our appliances clean. Super nice definitely would use this company again!

Fantastic - we got surprised by a backed up drain line this morning. RR come out right away, called in reinforcements as needed, and kept at the problem until everything was fixed. They were very polite, efficient and knew exactly what to do for our problems. I will use them every time.

Called at 6pm and had a plumber at my house within an hour on a Saturday night. My toilet wasn't flushing and my tub and shower were backing up. Water was leaking from beneath my toilet and spilling into my bedroom. An hour later, the blockage was cleared ( probably excessive toilet paper thanks our recently potty trained 3 yr old ) and the wax seal on the toilet was replaced and they were walking out. Talk about fast professional service!

AWESOME JOB! Thanks for the AWESOME work. The plumber came on time was very nice and completed his work in a timely manner. He even saved us some money by showing us something simple that we could do.( we are big do it ourselves people but didn't want to mess with copper piping) He installed a delta rough in valve for our shower and even extended the shower head so that it would accommodate taller people when in the shower. He even looked at the pipes for our roman tub rough in valve and fixtures and answered my questions about moving the pipes over. He was very kind and nice I will be requesting him to do the other plumbing we need done. The work was good quality.Oh, by the way another plumbing company ( FYI: on Angies list with high ratings and good reviews) told us it would cost $705 to put that shower rough in valve in. Always get a second opinion if it sounds like too much. I knew enough that he was way off because our bathroom is gutted the walls are exposed no cement board on them. I don't know what this guy was going to do that cost that much. So I called Johnny Rooter and they where very helpful even the guy I called the day before at Johnny Rooter was awesome he answered all my questions on the phone and was very patient with me.

We have used AAA Auger since we moved to Texas twelve years ago, and they are amazing. Our most recent call was today. We had a leaking sink and couldn’t figure out what was going on. We called AAA Auger, and one of their plumber, Gerald came right on time. Gerald was knowledgeable, personable, professional and very pleasant. He was able to discover that we actually had TWO leaking problems and fixed both without a hitch. As always, we had an excellent experience with AAA Auger. Thanks for the great work, Gerald!

Ryan came to our home to replace the water heater and we were very impressed with how courteous and professional he was. He arrived at the property early and did such a stellar job especially considering how hot and humid it currently is in Central Texas. He called my husband to see if he had any additional questions after I expressed some confusion regarding some questions my husband had.
