Best Commercial Service in Austin TX
Carson and Esteban were wonderful. they took on a very difficult rerouting of lines to restore service from a leaking copper line in our slab. The manifolds were not where they were expected and should have been, as a result difficult to find. They kept at it and created a solution and installed the solution. The whole while they kept us updated on the status and answered all questions. Frequently checked that they were providing adequate home owner training and best practices. Enthusiastically worked till nearly 11 pm to finish so they did not need to come back the next day and upset our routine for multiple days versus one long day. Many Many thanks to them for a wonderful job. Will certainly be calling them back for future work.

I made an appointment for a shower pipe leak that turned out to be a relatively simple job as the pipe just needed some new paste and tape. Unfortunately, while loosening the shower fixture the plumber was not paying enough attention and the majority of the fixture fell.Although I struggled to understand how the plumber could not see that part of the fixture was not screwed into the pipe and would separate when being removed, I understand that accidents happen. However, after resuming the job, the plumber then ended up heavily scratching up the shower fixture when tightening it back up. The plumber also applied what seemed like a pretty amateur silicone caulk as the finishing touches. The caulk was very messy and was missing in some areas, also started cracking the next day so I ended up just removing it and doing it myself after the plumber had left. After all was said and done, the plumber did admit fault for dropping the fixture and said the company would order the part that had been broken and come replace it. I was charged full price for the job even after what had happened. After several weeks of silence, I had to reach out to their customer service myself several times in order to get status updates and schedule a return appointment to replace the broken part. I also mentioned the damages to the wall and floor where the fixture had hit on its way down and they insured me it would be taken care of. They asked if I wanted a different plumber and I insisted on a different one several times, but I ended up with the same person as before. The plumber came and replaced the part and quickly left with no mention of any other repairs. At this point I had completely lost trust and didn't bother following up with the company for anything further. I can understand accidents but there were plenty of moments where my experience could have been much better, and it was instead poor and frustrating. I would definitely not recommend Clarke Kent.

Gilbert at Blue Dragon Plumbing is a lifesaver! He's come to our home several times, often last minute, to make repairs and make assessments. He is so professional, so responsive and so easy to work with. Their prices are always reasonable, and Blue Dragon never overcharges or repairs something that doesn't need a repair. These guys honestly bend over backwards for their customers, and always provide the highest quality work for the best price.

Having a water leak causing damage to your home is the worst thing. I called Saturday morning and made an appointment. With the winter weather that's caused so much damage I knew it would be hard to get someone anytime soon. My appointment was set for the 22nd. Today I got a message they could come today. A week early!! I was so happy. Carlos G came and was very respectful , professional, and courteous. He found the leak, explained my options and took care of it right then! I'm so thankful for this company and for Carlos!! Absolutely recommend!

Plumber that came out was professional and friendly. I feel that costs were competitive based on the industry, but had buyers remorse after seeing how simple the problem was and knowing I could have fixed it for $10 instead of $300. Overall I would use them again though and I do recommend them.

I had gone through three plumbers before one finally replaced my water heater (the one that replaced it was NOT A&T). When they replaced my water heater, they did something to cause my shower to stop working. After two weeks of no shower and many frustrating calls, I gave up on the plumber that installed the water heater.A&T was highly recommended by several of my neighbors at the condo complex I live in. I called them and told them about my problem. The gentleman on the phone immediately knew what the issue was (highlighting their experience and expertise!), and walked me through the fix on the phone in 30 seconds. He was very patient and didn't ask for any payment in return for the call.I've saved their number in my phone and will only use A&T Service Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

12/12/21:Not 24 hours after Alvin left, having told us everything was in perfect condition, the grinder pump started making sounds like a washing machine. Without even bothering to come look at it, he told me the float system was broken and needed to be replaced. When I asked him why he didn’t know that on Friday, he refused to explain. When I asked why, if everything looked perfect as he’d said, something had broken so quickly, he literally told me I couldn’t hold him to his word. From what I’ve seen dealing with two technicians who have now created more problems than they’ve solved, this company has zero integrity and is not to be trusted.12/10/21:Our grinder pump needed maintenance and a tech came out same day. Initially, I felt he was thorough in diagnosing a false alarm; however, when the grinder pump alarm went off again the next day, it became clear he’d done no more than a cursory inspection, collected his fee, and called it a day.Fortunately, a second tech, Alvin, was able to come out within just a few hours and *actually* address the problem, even giving us a steep discount to make up for the lack of service and misleading information we’d received initially.Five stars for Alvin (10 stars for Alvin, really), and five stars for prompt service. But if there’s a chance of getting a tech like the first one who came out, it’s hard to trust this company.

Steven and Dylan at Fast Plumbing just made my day! First, they were able to make time for me within several hours of my contacting the office. They arrived on time and took care of several jobs, two of which I hadn't even mentioned when I called. I'm pretty much done with all my plumbing and even HVAC needs (they blew out the line that was leaking) with one call. They were polite, professional, thorough, and explained everything. I am very happy and would definitely call on them again! Thanks, guys!!!

Pipe broke and I thought it would be an emergency Sunday job. After I spoke to the tech on Sunday he told me how to stop the leak and they would come out Monday. They arrived at noon and fine within the hour.

My heating/ac was not acting right - cold air was coming out when I expected hot ... and my electric bill had increased significantly .... it is fairly new, installed two years ago as a new unit. 1st Home sent out their employees Ryan Hill and Mikhail. After taking time to totally examine the unit, they showed me where the unit was failing to function properly and why. The original installation had been a fairly shoddy job, which unfortunately did not surprise me, and Ryan explained how they could fix the problem.I now have a wonderful unit that I expect will serve me very well.I like the fact that I am part of their membership and that all my heating/ac, electrical, and plumbing needs will be addressed by them as part of my membership.Ryan and Mikhail were particularly helpful, polite, punctual, courteous, knowledgable .... everything you would hope for in regards to service people entering your home to help.

DO NOT use this company. They charge you $89 to show up which is understandable but attempted to charge $400-$500 for a 15 minute instillation.

We first called Johnny Rooter when our sewer backed up at 4pm on Christmas Eve with family staying at the house, and they had it fixed by shortly after 7pm. And there wasn't even an extra charge. We've used them several times since then for various plumbing issues, and the staff is always efficient and easy to work with.

Unfairly high pricing for the service. Paid their service call fee and sent them packing. Just needed a simple kitchen drain unclogged and they wanted to charge over $320. I bought a $4 bottle of drain cleaner, problem solved. Don’t know how they stay in business while trying to rip people off. They will never be used at my home again and will highly recommend to others they use a different and more honest and fairly priced plumbing service.
