I’ll never use another company! Collen with Rooter Man was professional, knowledgeable, calming and didn’t try to price gouge us or prey on our fears. He put us at ease immediately and was super efficient. I’m really impressed with this company. This is the second time we’ve used router man and both times they have outshined the competition! You won’t be disappointed with the service!

Spent a full day waiting on these guys and they never showed. When I called two hours after the end of my appt. window, I was told Yeah, I see you on the schedule but they probably won't make it today. I had to call them to find out. Don't bother.

Just a quick update. Radiant installed our fantastic AC system a year and a half ago. Part of the contract includes twice yearly maintenance visits on the HVAC and one visit for plumbing checks, including flushing the water heater. This morning we were able to do both at once, with Jay R. doing the plumbing and Nestor L. doing the HVAC check. Jay and Nestor were both super friendly and speedy, able to explain things in understandable ways. Jay suggested some plumbing improvements that might address an issue we've had with sediment, but didn't do a hard sell on them - just suggested them as possibilities. I appreciated that - learning about some options but not getting pushed on making decisions. They were here right at the beginning of the service window we'd selected, and they were all done quickly, so minimal disruption to the day. Great service!One other nice thing Radiant does - when your service tech is on the way, Radiant sends a text that includes the tech's name, photo, and sometimes some personal interest details. It's good info to have!

Everything about our experience was excellent. I called them at the end of the day, scheduled for first thing in the morning, they let me know when they were on their way, arrived on time, and fixed our plumbing issues. Pierre and his team are fantastic! We recently had a leaking water softener and were not sure how to change out the part that was leaking. Pierre was able to assess the problem quickly and came out to fix the issue right away. He was at our house bright and early the next morning and had the issue fixed within 10 minutes. We have used Pierre and his team for our water heater before and they never disappoint. If you are torn on who to call - don't be - call A&T Plumbing!

Well, I am very, very, very, VERY impressed. I had to have a lot of work done on a property I plan to lease. That meant painters, electricians, cleaning, and, of course, plumbers. Out of all the plumbers in Austin, I happened to call Mr. Rooter, and lucky me: I called the best! :) They tackled a difficult and extensive job and finished it up wonderfully and speedily. I'll be ready to lease in no time!

L&P Plumbing is an excellent company. They always respond quickly—even on weekends. They arrive on time and assess everything before making any repairs. I value their opinion and that they only fix what is broken——they are honest about what is wrong and do not try to upcharge when the solution is minuscule. I am a fan! We have complex water heater issues at our home related to the original construction. There was no easy solution. Jeff spent much time problem solving instead of just ripping open walls which would have been much more costly. He came up with a solution that works perfectly. Ted and Jeff fixed other items in our home as well. I'm so thankful to find people that are top notch in their craft, kind, professional, easy to work with and very fairly priced. Horrible management Lee In particular....I would rather over spend for some plumbing work than to do business with guys.

They came out same day I called for a quote, but their quote was WAY out of line...$2,500 for materials that cost $200 at Home Depot. If there was labor rolled in there, then they’re about $1,200/hour!They were trying to take advantage of me or just didn’t want the job. Either way, a waste of my time.

Michael Tovar, Anthony Brandon, Isaiah came to help trait water leak damage and install electrical. Service was world class and will certainly use them again.

Jeff was puntual, cordial and professional. He and David did a fantastic job replacing all the fixtures in my master bathroom. Very reasonable, too. I’ll always use and recommend Moore & Moore plumbing!
