When Darius and Jake arrived, I was standing on the ledge with my razor blades in hand about to jump. They talked me off the ledge and told me to put down the razor blades and step away from the ledge, everything was going to be all right. I had been up till 11:00 the night before cleaning up a flooded bathroom. I had seen S&D Plumbing in my neighborhood doing big jobs of replacing cast iron pipes and those that used them seemed happy with the results. I was on the phone at 7:00 am booking an appointment. From the time that they arrived till they left it was a pleasure. They were professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problems and will be working with my insurance company to rectify the long term solution. They fixed the immediate issue and diagnosed the cause of the issue that will take replacing my cast iron pipes. I feel totally confident going forward with the necessary solutions. I have not had good experience with plumbers in the past and are always skeptical of plumbers. I always feel that they want to do more than is really necessary. Not with these guys. They just wanted to diagnose and give me what was necessary.

Phone lady knew what she was talking about, made an appointment on Friday for the next Monday to unclog main line. She called back, and told me one of their men were on the way early due to a cancellation.The technician worked diligently for about a half an hour and cured our problem.It was a bit more than five years ago, but worth it due to the prompt result!

Brian Austin came out for a complimentary inspection of our AC/heating system and he was awesome. Great energy, patient, funny, and took his time to talk through everything he was seeing. I left having learned a lot. Super appreciate him!

Very good service! I called on a Saturday with a clogged kitchen sink drain. Alec was extremely helpful and filled with information. He took care of the issue and before he even began working, he enlightened me of the possibilities that could have caused the issue and the remedies for each. I have used A&T plumbing for many tasks over the past years. Pierre and team have installed two new water heaters, installed dishwasher, replaced toilets, etc. They are always dependable, on-time, professional and overall just do quality work. They also do not push jobs on you or try to scare you into doing work that is not in the customer's best interest. It is great to see small business being run with such integrity. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately this is not a company I would recommend or trust. They did arrive on time but we received no calls that they were at our business. They left before we arrived and determined “nothing was wrong”. Within minutes of arrival our plumbing backed up into the bathroom. WARNING they refused to come back out to assess the situation and deemed it not an emergency! Highly recommend shopping around before using this company.

WE CALLED MID MORNING ON SATURDAY WITH WATER STANDING IN THE KITCHEN. A PERSON ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE. ASA WOODLAND CAME OUT AND IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM. WE WERE SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY AM. ASA ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND WORKED UNTIL 9PM TO LOCATE AND REPAIR THE LEAKS WITHIN THE WALLS. HE WAS ABLE TO GET US WATER FOR MOST OF THE HOME WITHOUT LEAKS. HE RETURNED TODAY AS SCHEDULED AND WORKED EIGHT HOURS TO FINISH UP. THE WORK WAS DONE WITHIN THE BID AND SEEMS TO BE GOOD. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KEPT US UPDATED ON HIS PROGRESS AND ESTIMATED COMPLETION. THE COST SEEM IN LINE WITH OTHER PLUMBING WE HAVE HAD DONE. ASA IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AS HE IS COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANS UP WHEN THE JOB IS COMPLETE.

You never want to need to use a plumber but it always helps to have an honest person you can trust and that’s them! We will use them again.

Jeff has installed a hot water heater a few years back, and more recently he installed a split fuel, downdraft oven. He actually charged a little less than he quoted. Honest guy.

Called for a quote. The lady who answered the phone put me on hold for about 5 minutes. Finally Lee answered. I asked him how he was doing and he answered Im busy. Im not going to inconvenience them with any of my work.

The plumber was on time, explained everything up front and did excellent work.
