This review is a long time coming. About three or four months ago we had a leak in the water pipes our front yard. Drew from Radiant came out to find the leak. He was on time and professional. We didn’t know exactly where the leak was coming from. He gave me a few options. We settled on him starting to dig that day. Within a couples hours he was able to find and fix it. It ended up being much less money and a quicker fix than I was quoted for from other plumbing services. Thank you Radiant!!!

After being one day delayed by rotorooter, and them calling me to meet the technician at my house, they call and say that they do not provide th service we asked for! Although I had specifically asked for a certain service and they confirmed that they can do it! When I asked what to do, they said that I can call another company and hung up on me! So I called ARS Rescuerooter, and they said that they can do the smoke test and see where the odor is coming from, and I made sure that the dispatcher knows what I need and told her about my experience with rotorooter, and she said not o worry and they will fix me up. This morning the ARS rescuerooter comes to my door, and says that he is here for a clog. I told him that I asked for a smoke test and he is here for an odor not a clog! He goes, “I’m sorry, but they dispatched me for a clog, someone else needs to come and do the smoke test.” Then he called his boss, his boss advised that it could be the seal on the toilet seat. So, I asked him if he can reset it and change the seal, and he goes, “sorry, I’m not allowed to reset toilets, a different guy needs to come here and do it!”I sent him on his way and vowed to never call these two companies again.I searched yelp, and called Daniel’s plumbing service, the lady who answered was very nice and knowledgeable, and she scheduled me for later this afternoon. About half an hour later, she calls to say that her technician finished early, and if I would like, he can be at my house in 30 minutes. 20 minutes later, Mike knocked on the door, we was very nice and professional. I told him what he deal was, he said it will take him about 30-45 minutes to do the job. 20 mints later he was done, tested and retested everything and cleaned after his work, and warrantied his work for one year, and the cost with the parts was cheaper than ARS rescuerooter wanted just for the service.Daniel’s plumbing is my company from now on. Awesome work, thank you guys, and thank you Mike.

OUTSTANDING!!!!Called Pierre on Sat due to pilot light on my hot water heater not staying on. Part was picked up on Monday nd installed by 11:00am Monday. WE HAVE HOT WATER AGAIN!!Great service, easy communications and very reasonable prices. We got a Call back same day with good communication. The truck was dispatched as scheduled. The plumbers were professional and did the work we needed we will call again for our plumbing repairs at our house.

I called several different companies for a toilet repair and angle stop fix, and Capital City Plumbing was by far the most communicative and responsive. They set expectations, and let me know a range of what it could cost depending on what the plumber found. They had a very competitive rate, and the plumber that did the work gave me options that would save me money, which was refreshing. I'm happy with the work and will continue to use them in the future.

He was able to come out same day to check everything out and was back the next morning to replace our broken 50gallon water heater with a tankless. I have been using this company for several years for my business and my home and every time they exceed my expectations with knowledge and great customer service. They really seem to appreciate my business and know when an emergency plumber is needed for my busy water-reliant business. I worked with 1st Home & Commercial Services to do inspections on my home prior to purchasing it, and it was a no brainer that I wanted to hire them to fully replace my HVAC and disposal. Communication with Axel has been seamless throughout the whole process, and the HVAC install was yesterday—everything went smoothly! Darius, Michael, Branden, Olen and Westin came out for install of the HVAC and disposal yesterday, and they were super courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I will call 1st Home & Commercial from here on out for anything I need in the future!

They were very responsive when I needed prompt help for a backed-up pipe. They gave me a two hour arrival window but called exactly 15 minutes before the start of the window to ask if they could make their way over. When he arrived, he was upfront about what work would be needed and what it would cost to seek my approval before starting. The work was fast, clean and friendly.
