Kyle and Carson were amazing. They were both so professional and respectful and showed me the issue with the clog in my kitchen sink pipe with their cameras. They even helped me understand how the pipes are connected under my foundation to my septic. They definitely knew their stuff and I am thankful! Kyle went the extra mile giving me advice about my water softener and how to clear up my water quality/color. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Will ask for them again if I have any more plumbing needs. Thank you!

I can’t remember how I was referred to BenjaminBL Plumbing, but I’m so glad I was. As a company, they are very responsive and friendly. We’ve had two situations now when we’ve needed a plumber, and each time we called BenjaminBL was a great experience. Benjamin is very knowledgeable, skilled, and super nice, to boot. He was quick to make repairs, explain the issue, and answer questions, including questions about a (no longer mysterious) outdoor drainage pump that was installed prior to our residency, and that no one else had a clue about. I also really appreciate that Benjamin talks with you, not at you or down to you. No one wants to have to call a plumber, but he made it a pleasant and painless experience. All around very impressed with this company and could not recommend them more highly.

Wow.. after 20 years of rental property ownership and disagreeable experiences with plumbers, I've finally found my go-to guy. I went through 2 handymen and wasted a good 3 weeks trying to get a simple leaky faucet resolved, listening to every imaginable excuse, ranging from car won't start to grandmother ill, and finally just gave up and fired them both permanently.Finally, I read reviews of Blue Dragon and decided to give them a shot. Gilbert responded to my initial voice message ,in less than an hour and set a schedule. I gave him tenant contact info and he made all the scheduling arrangements directly with them. Sure enough, on the appointed day, the crew showed up exactly when they said, and resolved the leak. While there, they discovered abnormally high water pressure at the house, which pointed to a failing pressure relief valve at the meter.A repair estimate range was given to replace the valve and another appointment was made for a return visit to accomplish that. Again, the guys showed up exactly when promised. When the job was done, they had replaced a couple of additional components not initially anticipated.The best part? The final bill amount came in LESS than the low end of the initial estimate.What's not to like? These guys are now in my Rolodex in bright red!

We bought 4 new toilets and needed them installed. Morgan and Tib did an excellent job not only getting the toilets in place, but performing a number of repairs/upgrades (some related to toilets, others to pipes elsewhere) that gave me much more comfort in our plumbing going forward. They kept me informed about everything they were doing, and every action/cost was fully explained before being acted on and/or charged. I continue to recommend Daniel's as they've treated us so well over the years!

We needed a plumber to update parts of our gas appliance connections and, after finding out that everyone we called said they needed to come next week, leaving us without hot water, heat, stove, etc. because the gas company turned off the gas until we updated. One of the companies we talked to, however, recommended Mr. Rooter and we certainly were in luck. Mark came today earlier than scheduled, did just what we needed, was extremely friendly, and inspired confidence. After he finished, an hour later, the gas company turned the gas on again and we are back to normal. All of this in one day, the day after the gas was turned off. We will be recommending Mr. Rooter to anyone who asks with great confidence. Thanks for putting us back in business.

Tree roots were in my main sewer line. A friend highly recommended L&P - they were able to schedule a visit the same day, came exactly on time, and quickly diagnosed where the problem was. He was very knowledgeable and communicative, and determined that the broken part of the pipe was just barely past the property line. He ended up being 100% correct- the city confirmed this and took care of it. Previously had another plumbing company incorrectly diagnose it was on my property, and quoted me on what would've been a needless job. So a huge thank you to Fabian/L&P - I will call them for any future plumbing work and will highly recommend them to others.

I am a fan! We have complex water heater issues at our home related to the original construction. There was no easy solution. Jeff spent much time problem solving instead of just ripping open walls which would have been much more costly. He came up with a solution that works perfectly. Ted and Jeff fixed other items in our home as well. I'm so thankful to find people that are top notch in their craft, kind, professional, easy to work with and very fairly priced. After 3 days without water, and 3 companies at our house, we found Fast Plumbing online. They arrived on time on Sat morning, used their excellent leak detection equipment, pinpointed the leak about 2 feet down under rocks and landscaping. It was in main waterline from street to house. Mycol and Sparky got to work digging directly over busted pipe and expertly repaired it. We had been told by other plumbers it would take heavy equipment/backhoes and probably tear up our landscaping to find and repair leak. Job was complete and landscaping rocks back in place in 3 hours. We highly recommend Fast Plumbing and will use them for ALL plumbing work at our house in the future.

The crew that came out today was on time, courteous, and professional. They discussed what they found with us and made suggestions on how to fix other conditions related to the one they fixed today. They did not strong arm us, just analyzed the problems and suggested fixes. We have never had an issue with PlumbMaster's staff or work.
