I was quoted more than $320 to replace a leaky toilet valve. Was told their software could not bill me for just the valve replacement so they had to rebuild my toilet. Told them no and bought a toilet tank kit at the hardware store for $22. Kept getting texts asking me to leave a review so here it is.

Tech was prompt. He called to tell me he was on his way. I also received a text photo of the tech so I know who should be at my house. He was extremely professional and gave me tips on maintaining my garbage disposal. The tech asked if he could invite his Apprentice into my house, I was impressed with his patience and teaching method.

I had a simple plumbing concern regarding the increasing inability of my master bathroom sink to drain properly. I tried my own remedies, but after witnessing no desired change to the situation I decided to call in a professional.The initial phone call was prompt, courteous, and informative. I described the issue and provided my contact information. I was happy to be able to know that I could be seen the same day my service call was registered. In two hours, I had the plumber, Mr. Juan Martinez, on the line to inform me of his impending arrival.Mr. Martinez was very pleasant, well spoken, and knowledgeable. After briefly hearing me out, I watched a true service professional set himself to work while still staying present enough to answer any questions that I had to ask.The problem was assessed, alleviated, and my bathroom was happily restored to normal operation.I am considerably impressed by the speed and kindness in which business matters were addressed and executed; I am thankful for the honest and thorough work that was performed; I will always recommend and use the services of Clarke Kent Plumbing in Austin, Texas.Thank you, Juan!

John helped to diagnose my AC problem. He reviewed all critical system components, found the non-working device, and reported that to me along with suggestions for future replacement (which I’ll need as it’s 20 years old). Easy. Also, Staton was helpful too.

Gilbert was great at communicating and very clear about his rates prior to coming out. He showed up on time with all the tools and parts needed for the repair and went over and above what was asked. He not only fixed the symptom of the problem but actually identified the root cause and proactively fixed that as well. I have dealt with a lot of service providers over the years and there are very few that I would put in the same category as blue dragon Plumbing.

Dylan showed up at the scheduled time, wearing a mask and ready to address my concerns. After assessing what I thought was a problem, Dylan assured me everything was good! He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need and didn't even charge me a service call! Requested an appointment online which was very convenient and simple to do. Our plumber Luke arrived on time and repaired all my problems. He was very thorough, answered all my questions and cleaned up the work area when finished in a timely manner. The price was reasonable and I would definitely use Economy Plumbing in the future.

Ray was super efficient in getting the job done same day. However, if it’s not an emergency, shop for better quotes on the service. A break in the main water line ended up being nearly 3k and the price increased almost $1,000 from the initial quote after he began his work. I don’t know if this is common in the industry, but I felt the need to leave a more honest review as everyone else has left 5 star reviews mentioning their technician for the $50 discount. I wish I had spent more time getting quotes before moving forward with Reliant. However, the work was quick and hopefully a long lasting solution.

I had gone through three plumbers before one finally replaced my water heater (the one that replaced it was NOT A&T). When they replaced my water heater, they did something to cause my shower to stop working. After two weeks of no shower and many frustrating calls, I gave up on the plumber that installed the water heater.A&T was highly recommended by several of my neighbors at the condo complex I live in. I called them and told them about my problem. The gentleman on the phone immediately knew what the issue was (highlighting their experience and expertise!), and walked me through the fix on the phone in 30 seconds. He was very patient and didn't ask for any payment in return for the call.I've saved their number in my phone and will only use A&T Service Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

Yvonne and John were so professional and helpful during a backed up sewer crisis. Yvonne got us someone out and kept us informed about their arrival time. Very appreciated during a stressful tume. John was amazing! So very patient because it was a condo unit and he was dealing with us, the neighbors and the management that wouldn’t respond. He figured out the best course of action, got it fixed and set us up with restoration. He even tried to help us understand what happened. He definitely made the best of a horrible situation!

I left them a message in the middle of the night on Yelp, and not only did they follow up on the message, but they also called me back and found someone to come to my house immediately.Allow me a moment to rave and cheer over the phone call. While on the highway in bumber to bumper traffic, I got flicked off by someone who also proceeded to cut me off with no blinker in a L&P plumbing truck. This caused the truck to then be stuck right in front of me in traffic for me to get all of the L&P information from the back of his truck. This truck also had a Planet K sticker so you know whoever drove this truck is a pot smoker probably high on the job. License plate JWH0151. I know I will never be contacting this company for any plumbing services and will make it a point to let people know of their unprofessional behavior.

Jeff is my go-to for plumbing in SW Austin. He did some water heater work for us and he didn’t mind my prying and asking questions (I am a knowledge junky), his pricing is excellent and even though he is busy, he tries his best to accommodate your needs. Ive also texted him for referrals and advice on brands and services and he has been super responsive!

Stephan was very kind in answering questions and explaining the situation and process of repair, which I was interested in learning about.

They did a lot of work on our rent house: added a pressure valve at the meter and expansion tank at the water heater; replaced the old outside shutoff, found some roots in a drain we did not know about, and inspected and fixed a few things in the house. I was able to do it all over the phone without needing to go to the house in person. Good communication, good price, quick service, will definitely use again, thanks!

1st time hiring company do work, needed some clarification on work they performed , called multiple times 1st they were in a meeting and could not help me all day, than I called next day and supervisor was out on field nobody ever got back to me. Likes to invoice right away but cannot even response to a concern on work that they were paid for. Won't do business again.

They were very responsive when I needed prompt help for a backed-up pipe. They gave me a two hour arrival window but called exactly 15 minutes before the start of the window to ask if they could make their way over. When he arrived, he was upfront about what work would be needed and what it would cost to seek my approval before starting. The work was fast, clean and friendly.

I have had the pleasure of having Johnny Rooter do work for me multiple times. I can report that they are honest, do great work, and are reasonably priced. I recommend them due to my excellent experiences with these fine folks.
