Hello all, I recently encountered a leak that was somewhere in my home in which of course I contacted Fast Plumbing, as I have used this company for a remodeling of my kitchen sink. I am happy to relay that not only were they professional in their leak detection...they were thorough in replacing the once already leaking area in which another plumbing company had fixed years back!!! They went above and beyond by assuring me that they used the most current and updated plumbing fittings to resolve this slow ongoing leak. I received next day completion and feel very confident that this particular leak has been once and for all taken care of properly!!!! Thanks guys you were awesome.

Jon was very professional and worked very efficiently. Once he completed one job (both bathroom faucets needed to be repaired), he made sure it was working well before going on to the next job. I called Stan's a year ago and the office manager had a technician call me to address my issue to set up the right type of appointment. When we spoke, he gave me advice, walked me through checking the issue while we were on the phone and determined there was no issue. What an angel! He was ready to say have a good day when I asked if I could set up a maintenance contract. They've been out twice for maintenance checks and again everyone has been fabulous, honest, and reliable.

TL;DR Summary: Extremely responsive after hours/weekend service. Tim was amazing.Water heater started leaking massively on a Sunday. Was able to shut off the water myself, and immediately started looking for a plumber that was open. I admittedly called Benjamin Franklin last out of the ~10 plumbers claiming to be 24/7 ( the name/mascot seemed silly to me ), but they were the only ones that picked up. Some of the others are just getting back to me days later.Tim arrived 15 min after I first called. Our water heater is in a difficult spot (in a tiny closet off of the garage) and he was able to quickly diagnose the leak source and identify where the problem with the drainage was. The original tank installers had installed the tank in a very lazy way, making service incredibly difficult without disassembling the plumbing around the tank, but he was able to quickly come up with really creative solutions that made it possible to service. He educated me on the whole system, and was able to answer in depth the technical questions I had about my system, alternatives (tankless), upgrades (re-circulation lines) and interactions with our enigmatic water softener system. He had multiple quotes ready for me when I asked for them, and was clearly tailoring his advice based on what was right for me, not what would get the company the most money.Benjamin Franklin is worth the premium for their responsive 24/7 service. Tim is an incredible resource that is skilled, knows his stuff, and has amazing customer service.

I buy Bio One from Neighborhood Plumbing. It's a septic tank product that I've used for a long time. We've never had a problem. At one inspection someone asked if we even use the bathroom! Definately a great product.

Don with Reliant Plumbing was super professional and knowledgeable. He answered our myriad of questions regarding our leak. He indulged us in discussing the different options. He was very good at explaining why something would or wouldn’t work. It was a genuine pleasure dealing with a professional. We’ll certainly call them again for future plumbing needs.

Fantastic experience with Starr Sewer and Drain. In the process of selling our home, the buyers inspection uncovered a 20 foot “belly” in our drain line under our foundation. We had to make repairs and close on the home in under 3 weeks (we had a closing on our new home purchase too). Extensive repairs had to be made in a condensed timeframe. Starr made it happen !!!
