On a coworker's recommendation, I emailed Plumb & Order to replace the water supply valves and lines on a bathroom faucet. The old style was leak-prone and too difficult for me to connect to a new faucet I installed.It wasn't urgent, but I got an appointment for only two days later. Wyatt and another plumber arrived on time and were very courteous. In only 30 minutes the job was done (pictured).I paid a little under $300 for the parts and labor. I did not get other quotes, but I was happy with the price given the speed and quality of work. I will definitely contact Plumb & Order for my next plumbing needs.

The guys were great. The came to my house and fixed what the downstairs drain in about in 30 minutes, then came upstairs and fixed the kitchen faucet. They were super nice and communicative and very reasonable. I’ve already recommended them to two people who both had great experiences.

We called Plumb & Order after receiving a hefty quote from another company to fix our slab leak. The other company came over and narrowed down the leak to the kitchen for almost $500 (at this point no repair work has been done), then they told me to cut the sheetrock and rerouting the pipe will cost around $5000.I was shocked and called Plumb & Order, they scheduled an appointment for the next day, Wyatt and his crew showed up on time, and get right into working. They found out there is an abandoned, under the slab pipe still connected to our water heater which is causing the leak. Btw, they used the Thermal Camera to find it (which the other company didn't even bother to check). Then, they quickly came up with a plan to reroute the pipe and fixed the issue with minimum damage to our dry wall.After the work is done, they also helped us fixing the broken vent pipe which is located in a really tight space in the attic. They did it quickly and professionally.They finished all the work before noon and left the site clean and tidy. We are more than impressed to work with Plumb & Order, and we will be sure to go back to them for future works.

Our handyman service recommended Plumb & Order when we had a drain clog they couldn't handle. They scheduled us and gave us a call when they were able to squeeze us in earlier than expected.They were efficient and nice, so I asked them for a quote for a pressure reducing valve, which we'd been needing. It was much better than the two other quotes we'd gotten. What do you know but another drain gets clogged shortly before someone comes to install the PRV. I ask if he can take a look even though I'm sure he has other jobs to get to, and he gives it a solid shot and doesn't charge me when he can't get it. They get someone else out the next week with the big guns who takes care of it, and doesn't charge us for scoping the drain with a camera since that didn't end up helping.All in all everyone from there has been super nice, good at what they do, reasonable to schedule, and prices have been fair!

Great company to work with. They answered my call right away. Came within 24 hours to complete the work. I self diagnosed the problem myself so I got a very reasonable price over the phone without hassel. They sent two great guys to complete the work. Super friendly. The boys were done fast so I didnt have to wait around all day. The price they quoted was the price I paid. I hired this company because they were recommended by a friend and they are excellent. Tony and his assistant were very knowledgeable and repaired my faucet while servicing my tankless water heaters. I want to say that I've had a lot of plumbers, and I used Radiant in the past.... the trend with the big box companies is they want to sell you things you don't need… Definitely not my experience with this company...Plumb and order were very communicative with me and did not try to sell me products or services I did not need. They fixed what I needed to be fixed and they told me what was going on. They also came when they said they were going to come and also let me know the app their progress of getting to my house… Very professional company. I'm very happy with them!!!

The faucet we had installed unfortunately leaked under the sink. It turns out that faucets from Amazon don’t normally come with the proper ring, which I didn’t know when I bought the faucet. Wyatt, Plumb & Order’s co-owner came himself and satisfactorily fixed the problem with a better ring off his truck. Everyone we’ve met who works here has been responsive and professional. I have used Plumb and Order on two occasion. Both were great experience. Firstly, I needed a gas line plumbed to a whole house generator. They came in as the lowest bid and did a great job. The second job was a leak to the feed line of my hot water heater. They were very responsive and fix the leak at a reasonable cost. I will be using them whenever I have plumbing needs.

Very quick to respond and setup our appointment. They had someone out that day to check out our water heater and they arrived early to our appointment window. The plumbers that helped us were very friendly and informative. Water heater was 18 years old and the pilot light would not stay lit possibly due to the sediment build up from Pflugerville’s very hard water. We were over due for replacement. They were able to replace the water heater that day, within a few hours. New one is working great, no more popping! Clean and efficient work, their expertise was greatly appreciated. Most recently, I had them install a hot water heater in my current home as well as in a new home I recently purchased. The hot water heater at my current home involved a lot of extra work for Cole. He needed to install a drain line from the emergency overflow pan. Unfortunately, for Cole he had to do this in a crowded garage, and Cole did so efficiently and without complaint.After that difficult experience, I would not have blamed him if he had been reluctant to see me for another hot water heater installation. Instead, he arrived at my newly purchased home with a smile and great attitude. He worked hard over several hours to complete my work. I remain impressed.

These guys are awesome. I had a slab leak and their quote was well below what others quoted while some companies would not give a quote over the phone. Once the slab team arrived they assessed the issue and stood by their quote. Here comes the good part. As they got into the job they realized they could minimize not only the cost but the damage done to the sheet rock in my home by not doing a total reroute. This had a potential savings to me of $2500. Without a doubt I will be using them again. Two words I would use to describe Plumb and Order - honest and quality. Do not hesitate to give them your business.

They did this work for my home, not my business, but I'm too lazy to sign out and sign back in with my personal account, so this one it is.We had the nightmare scenario, a leaking pipe in our foundation. Called one highly rated plumber, they couldn't get out until the next day. Called these guys, luck of the draw they had a cancelation and could get someone out in an hour. They did a fantastic job of diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Was no fun to wake up and realize we have a slab leak that's gonna cost thousands of $ to fix, but these guys make it a much less painful process. The work was incredibly professional.And then they went above and beyond in helping us deal with our insurance. I needed a retroactive estimate breaking out different parts of the work and they cheerfully provided it without complaint. Then after the work was done I needed a final aggregated invoice, they again did that without issue even though it took a bit of their time on a job they'd already been paid for. Would've been easy to blow it off but they were super responsive.Great company, the crew on the ground was first rate and the support was terrific. These guys are now our first call for plumbing issues. You won't regret using them.

I hired Plumb & Order to fix a shower leak which had caused mold to grow on the wall right outside of my shower. They came quickly and took care of the leak and the mold. They set up fans to dry things out and came back days later to check and make sure that everything was fine. They were very professional and did a great job.

My mother's house needed extensive repairs in the attic due to the big freeze in mid February 2021. Kirk and Wyatt came to her house the same day that I contacted Megan. This fast of a response was Amazing since there were so many broken pipes in the Round Rock and Pflugerville area. All Plumbers were very busy /at capacity during this time. Kirk and Wyatt worked diligently and were able to complete all of the repairs by end of next day. Not only are Kirk and Wyatt very professional and courteous, they did Great Work and a Very Reasonable price. I will Call Plumb and Order every time I need plumbing services. I would recommend this business to anyone that needs a new water heater. When they gave me a pre install estimate it never changed. What was quoted is exactly what was charged. The installer, Manny, was a professional. He explained everything he was doing and why it was needed. Nothing was out of order and well installed. One thing that stood out was that after Manny had come by and gave a bid as to what it was cost to install the 40 gallon Bradford White water heater. The owner of the company called and did a follow up on getting our business. Really nice that he wanted our business. Plus they came in under the $700 to a thousand dollar cheaper than other bids that was piece mealing me and required that I have to cut or take out parts before those companies would do the install. Not Plumbers & Order. All those items that the other companies wanted me do to or piece meal charge me for was covered under the cost. Extremely pleased with their service and attitude.

We had our water heater go out. They were able to get a technician “Kirk” out within two hours of our call. Kirk was very professional. We ended up needing to replace the water heater. They were able to get one out to us the same day. Kirk came back after hours with an assistant and got it done in time for showers and bath time for my family. The best part was the price. I've tried A LOT of plumbers in Austin, and by and large, my experiences have not been very positive. Some radically overcharged ($450 to reset a toilet???). Some were tremendously flakey (no show, no call). And some misdiagnosed the problem with my pipes multiple times (wracking up HUGE bills in the process).Kirk from Plumb and Order is, without a doubt, the best plumber I've worked with, out of the 5-6 that I've tried. Showed up when he said, could schedule me in within a reasonable time frame, replied to messages, fixed the problem (even problems caused by other plumbers), and charged a totally fair rate. Even the woman who does the scheduling was great to work with. From top to bottom, a positive experience.Seriously, this is the real deal.

Had a great experience with Plumb and Order. Wyatt came out quickly to check out my water heater (and helped me test the water pressure and locate and adjust the regulator while he was there as I mentioned in passing that I was having problems with that too). The water heater was dead (but fortunately covered by a home warranty that came with my recent home purchase), and Wyatt got a new one installed the next day (the Wednesday before Thanksgiving), staying pretty late into the evening to get it done before the holiday. And this was after being at jobs all day.

Wyatt initially came on out to inspect our water pressure. He quickly identified a very small leak near the valve and was able to fix it and cover his work (was so sure he guaranteed if he dug and found nothing we’d only be charged a small base inspection). They performed two services, a clogged drain and a kitchen faucet change out, in less that 45 minutes for a most reasonable fee. Found a gas leak near my water heater. Kirk came out same day and took care of the problem in a jiffy at a very reasonable price. Very easy to work with, fast response, and quality work. He even showed me where the damage was that caused the leak in the first place. Would definitely use them again.

Wyatt came out to fix my kitchen drain that wasn't proper height due to installation of a deeper sink that was done by another business. It involved cutting through back of cabinet to replumb and reconnect drain at the proper height in conjunction with the clean out line on outside wall. Luckily, he managed not to disturb any of the limestone rock on outside wall, in the process. He also found a small leak in the line to the dishwasher and fixed that as well. He was a very polite young man and was properly attired with mask and shoe covers. The installation was top notch and at a very fair price. I definitely recommend Plumb and Order for all your plumbing needs.

Kirk is a great guy. Got out to my backed up flood situation,and knocked it out quickly and at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, it ended up being a much bigger issue, but he scheduled us near next day, and was able to fix everything. As a solo plumber, he did the work of 3 men. Helped me install a new tankless water heater post Texas Snowpacolypse. There was def a premium mark up on the make/model since there was such a big demand & lots of units backordered. They arrived on time, had good communication & follow up. They were booked through my PreFix membership.

Kirk came out yesterday and unclogged pipe under the sink. He was very courteous and very helpful with helping me understand why the pipes were clogged. Would definitely use the again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Wyatt came out today and repaired our water heater that went out. He we quick, courteous and efficient. Scheduling was a smooth process and came earlier than expected. It was a tough job and he cleaned up too.

We had preplanned an appointment for them to come out, what would ultimately be the Big Freeze in Austin, and they called and apologized to reschedule. They told us they were needed elsewhere when pipes were breaking all over the city. I know they hadn't slept in days, but they came out to help us between emergencies anyway so we could move along with our project. Class act and they know what they're doing. I trust them with my gas, water, and sewage lines!

Wyatt helped with several problems from both a shower and bathroom sink to an outside faucet. All three turned out to be a bit of a problem. Wyatt stuck to the problems until he solved and repaired all. I couldn’t ask for better service or attitude. I Fill lucky to have had his service.

We had a sewage blockage, and these guys were able to come out and fix it on the same day, even though it meant working pretty late into the evening. Beyond that, they were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I had a nightmare situation where it was a very badly flooded apartment unit with the worst blockage ever .
