S&D plumbing did a wonderful job from leak detection to repair. They were extremely responsive. Melvin and Jason did a great job detecting the leak and letting us know what the issue was. Esteban and Nate were very professional and did a wonderful job with the actual repair. They walked us through each step as they went and answered all of our questions along the way. Everyone involved was extremely professional and made a tough situation much easier to manage. S&D will be our go to plumbers for sure!

We've used Clarke Kent Plumbing for years and they're great - really responsive and thorough and polite. Most recently we had a plumbing emergency and they totally too care of us. We called in on a weekend and Krista called us right back and worked some magic to rearrange their schedule so someone could come out quickly. Juan came by in a van and diagnosed the problem, cleared the blockage and ran a high tech camera down the line to identify exactly where the problem was so we could call the City to have it fixed. These guys are the plumbers in Austin to call when you need your problem fixed and don't want to mess around.

Economy Plumbing was great. They were very communicative about when they would arrive, calling and sending text with arrival times, which helped me manage my time. Once the technician, Howard, arrived, he patiently listened to my non-technical and conspiracy theories. Then he proceeded to diagnose the real problem. He said he hoped the water wouldn’t be off long. I never noticed it was. It was quick and painless like all plumbing repairs should be when left to professionals.

Steve Warren installed an under kitchen sink reverse osmosis system in our home today. He was very professional and personable, explained everything in detail & stayed long enough to check & ensure there were no leaks. Will certainly use Reliant again & will request Steve for any service call.

Worst plumbing experience in 15 years living in Austin. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was booked via HomeAdvisor to come to my house between 15:00-18:00 on 07/06/19 to fix a small bathroom facet leak. At that time on 07/06/19 Fred called and let me know that they were stuck on a job with another customer with no water. I agreed to postpone their visit for a week since the existing customer’s need was greater than mine. Fred stated that in appreciation of my understanding he would reduce the callout fee to $59. This meant the costs of the job would be $59 plus parts which were a replacement putty plate for a Delta faucet (a standard item that costs a few bucks). The new appointment was set for 08:00 on 07/13/19. At 08:20 Benjamin Franklin Plumbing called me to check that I was home. I pointed out that their plumber was 20 minutes late and was told that they do not even dispatch a plumber (despite an appointment having been made) until they confirm the home owner is at home. After 09:00 the plumber arrived (with no parts), sat on the edge of our bathtub for 20 minutes complaining about getting his computer to work, not even looking at the job itself, then stated that the cost of the job would be $646 to rebuild the faucet. This price included $152 to go collect the part that he hadn’t brought with him. Needless to say I was absolutely disgusted by this behavior. Not only did the plumber not inspect the required work in any meaningful way but trying to charge us $646 for a job that should have taken 20 minutes and which Benjamin Franklin Plumbing had already stated should have costed less than $65 was totally and utterly unacceptable. I therefore asked him to leave, logged on to YouTube, figured out how to perform this simple operation myself, collected the part from a local store, and completed the work. What trade organizations need to realize is that in an age of easy access to information on how to do their jobs, their only differentiators are their integrity and their customer service. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing possess neither. My recommendation is to avoid this company at all costs.

Travis got out to my property on time and sent me a text 20 minutes before hand to let me know he was on his way. I showed him the standing water in my yard, and he got to work digging a two-foot deep hole to find the source of the leak. He showed me the problem and gave me an estimate before he went ahead and fixed it. He ended up replacing a few parts. Super friendly, super professional, and he cleaned up the mess afterwards. The whole job was done in about 2 hours. I will definitely be calling Austin Plumbery in the future.

I accepted a 'FREE' furnace inspection scheduled for today. Expecting the up-sell as the actual reason for the visit, it turned out to be quite the opposite. The technician Joshua was professional, respectful and thorough in his inspection of my 2 furnaces in the attic. Fortunately, my systems checked-out to be in good shape. There are additional components that could enhance the 7yr old units, he was respectful of my decision to pass on making the decision on-the-spot (UV lights in plenum and evap coils + 4 media filters). 5-stars for both Goettl & Joshua!!

Stan's Heating & Air is the BEST! They responded incredibly quickly, and had someone out within an hour of their timeframe. Andrew Page was our technician and diagnosed AND fixed the problem in under 20 minutes. I cannot recommend this company, AND the technician more than I already have. We will be using them from now on!

We are outraged at the quoted price of replacing one exposed PVC fitting to brass shut off valve for $745.00!!!! Was told 45 minutes was added so that the PVC glue would dry. Needless to say, we have moved on and are very disappointed as prior clients.

Fantastic experience with Starr Sewer and Drain. In the process of selling our home, the buyers inspection uncovered a 20 foot “belly” in our drain line under our foundation. We had to make repairs and close on the home in under 3 weeks (we had a closing on our new home purchase too). Extensive repairs had to be made in a condensed timeframe. Starr made it happen !!!
